We just finished our stay at the Hilton. The hotel and services were great. A special mention to house keeping staff, Oumaima for having our room so clean and tidy every day. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The only constructive feedback I would give I regarding cocktails, these were not well balanced drinks and it would be good to put some energy in to ensure the right quantities of ingredients are measured when mixing. Thanks so much.

Omar and Abdallah and Abderrahman gave us tremendous service for breakfast this morning. They were very kind and attentive. Great selection of fruit, vegetables (amazing olives and humours) and so many breads and pastries. Probably the best breakfast selection we have ever seen. Extensive selection of local foods of excellent quality. We had a really great experience. Shukran.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Omar, one of the waiters at the hotel restaurant. He was always polite, attentive, and very professional. Omar went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. His warm attitude and constant smile created a very welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful in a really stunning location. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and a great place for families - given the hotel is labelled a spa we weren’t sure what to expect but my families week at the Hilton was wonderful, lots of core memories made. A special mention to Abdallah, Abdelamajid and habib for great service. The staff are really helpful and kind. Smiles all around definitely coming back next October :)

Our stay was the relaxing and enchanting experience we hoped for. Loved the breakfast. Abdullah the breakfast manager gave us exceptional service - a tour of the extensive food selection, checking in on our experience, recommending delicious foods to try and ensuring we had full cups of coffee. It’s impossible to leave hungry - we were fully satiated! Perfect weather at the end of September. Picturesque from every view. Beautiful rooms and accommodations. Will return.
