Wow! What a great experience! The staff here is so attentive and goes above and beyond. From the moment we checked in (early, by the way, at no extra cost) there was a gentleman there to help make it easy. We LOVED that they have a huge ARCADE!! We weren't on the casino floor very much, but had a blast playing games in the arcade (the guy there attending us was also so great!). One of the highlights of the hotel was that they have a 'mini' New York City INSIDE the hotel with restaurants and live music. We got to dine at their Chinese restaurant, and as expected the service was great. Highly recommend, there is lots to do inside, and bonus that it's in a very walkable area when you are ready to stroll the strip.

We love staying here, rooms r great, room service is FAST n DELICIOUS! My hubby won good so that helps! Great live, great music playing over head, live music on the Brooklyn Bridge! Piano bar inside Bar at time Square is a great time! People are so friendly, located by MGM is a short walk over the bridge, n a short walk to Excalibur, as well as the ABC store! For me they used to have Angry Orchard but they don't anymore at the shops that offer 2 beers n a shot for 18 bucks, oddly they have it at the casino, so when i was gambling I got it in the bottle! Upstairs TAP 24 has it on draft, found out they had small n big cups awesomeness, so fo me this is great, the big one lasted me awhile n it didn't get warm! Lots of places to get souvenirs of all kinds, lots of different places to eat as well! Always a fun time at New York New York!!!

Hot water yes, water pressure no. I have thick curly hair. Took forever to get it wet all the way through. Broken extendable mirror (so ours was unextendable). Rooms were quiet though, which was nice. Food at restaurants in hotel was very expensive but not that great EXCEPT Chin-Chin and the crepe shop. Service was great everywhere, however. Staff was very polite, very helpful and always around. Be aware it is still a smoking hotel so it does smell heavily of smoke. Updated elevators require keyboard scanning access which I like.

I was really impressed with our stay. We came for the When We Were Young festival and stayed for 6 days. Elevators for the New Yorker tower were fast and reliable. Our housekeeper, Maria, went above and beyond when serving our room every day. I had left a box of bandaids scattered on a side table and she put them back in the box neatly. Fresh towels were delivered daily. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Check-in was completed at a kiosk and check-out could be done on a smartphone.

New York, New York was a great stay on the strip. The rooms were very nice for the rate that they are going for. Location is great. Remember that you are staying on the strip so it can be noisy all night long. I would suggest you bring a sound machine. The restaurants vary from nice to very nice. Self parking was quite convenient.
