We had a great stay here at Harrah’s. The staff was soooo friendly and helpful: from front desk, room service to taxi/valet people. We loved them all. My only complaint would be that our room lacked some minor things like the bathroom did not have a trash bin… or our queen beds only had two pillows each. But the hotel staff was very quick to give us extra pillows! Thank you, guys for the hospitality!! 💖💖

The room was beautiful, the bathroom was super spacious, and everything smelled so clean. The bed was perfectly made, and I truly had nothing to complain about. The customer service was excellent, everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better, especially for visiting the Omnia Club nearby. I loved my time there and would definitely stay again!

Check in was good. Reception staff are good Room was clean Bed was ok pillows were lousy Internet had to be logged into each day Internet constantly dropped the signal Internet constantly lagged and refreshed TV works off internet so no TV Casino reeks of smoke If you gamble there your clothes will stink Cafe is very expensive two coffees, two muffins $30 No hair dryer in the room but a new one was provided quickly

The location of the hotel is Great! We were only there one night to see the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere. It's in walking distance. The hotel itself out s older. The room itself was fine. Bed was super comfortable. I didn't like that they don't offer free coffee in the room. There's a snack and coffee tray available for purchase, but the prices were ridiculously high. It's the little things that make a big difference.

I’m done with Harrah’s – I will never stay at this hotel again. The only positive experience was the front desk staff at check-in – they were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else went downhill from there. As soon as we walked into the room, there was a bad smell. I called the front desk to request a room change, and they told me they couldn’t check availability unless I brought all my belongings downstairs. No guarantees, no help – just a dismissive attitude. It felt like they really didn’t care, which was incredibly frustrating. Now let’s talk about checkout: I waited over an hour just to get downstairs. The hotel has six elevators, but only three were working. I called the front desk to ask if there was an emergency causing the shutdown, and they simply said, “Nope, only three are working.” People were waiting between an hour to an hour and a half – and their solution? Nothing. To make matters worse, they charge $150 for late checkout. I understand checkout times can be busy, but this was completely unacceptable. If I didn’t have luggage, I would’ve taken the stairs – but guess what? I was told there are no stairs available. I couldn’t verify this myself because I couldn’t leave my bags unattended, but if that’s true, this hotel is a serious safety concern and shouldn’t even be operating. To anyone reading this: take my advice and look for other options. There are better places to stay where guests are treated with basic respect and convenience.
