I had an amazing stay at Moxy Times Square! The energy and vibe of the hotel were fantastic, and the staff made all the difference. Craig is an outstanding supervisor — very attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about guests. Windel was incredibly polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a smile. And Oliber added great positive energy with his fun and friendly attitude. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable! Definitely one of my favorite hotel experiences in New York.

Trendy & Fun Stay at Moxy NYC Times Square! I absolutely loved my stay at Moxy NYC Times Square. This hotel has such a cool, modern vibe that perfectly captures the energy of New York City. The room design was stylish and efficient, with smart use of space and fun touches that made it feel unique compared to standard hotel rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp linens, and the large windows brought in lots of natural light while offering classic NYC views. The bathroom setup was both modern and playful. I really liked the sleek walk-in shower with bold tile design and the creative “no diving” mosaic detail. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. The hotel’s atmosphere is one of its best features. It has an energetic, youthful feel with trendy décor and details that make the whole experience memorable. It feels like more than just a place to sleep. It feels like part of the NYC adventure. The location is unbeatable. Being right in Times Square means you are in the middle of everything including theaters, restaurants, shopping, and subway access. It is ideal for both first time visitors and frequent travelers. On top of that, the staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and the stay even better. If you are looking for a hotel that is stylish, fun, and perfectly located, Moxy Times Square is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to New York.

We stayed at Moxy Times Square this past September and had an absolutely outstanding experience. The hospitality team was amazing – friendly, professional, and attentive in every way. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly, and we honestly have no complaints at all. A very special thank-you goes to Marisol, who manages the hotel’s operations. She provided us with what can only be described as 7-star service – warm, personal, and far beyond expectations. She truly made us feel like VIP guests. We’ve stayed in New York many times, but there is no other hotel like this in the city. Perfect location, vibrant atmosphere, stylish design, and a team that makes all the difference. We will definitely be back – highly recommended!

I absolutely love staying at this hotel! The first time I visited was a few months ago while preparing for a big audition, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Craig at the front desk stood out immediately—he was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and even offered encouraging words that truly helped me feel calm and confident during such a big moment in my life. He went above and beyond to make my time at the Moxy memorable. When I returned a few months later, I was greeted with the same exceptional hospitality. Nelly was incredibly sweet, attentive, and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. On that trip, I also had the chance to meet Antonio, another team member who showed the same genuine kindness and commitment to great service. Beyond the amazing staff, the hotel itself has such a fun, vibrant energy that makes every stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the attention to detail makes it feel like more than just a place to sleep—it’s truly an experience. The hospitality here is unmatched, and every visit has left me feeling taken care of and appreciated. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to many more stays in the future!

The room was a true micro-room, and I actually liked that. It felt a bit like being in Japan—compact but cleverly designed to use every inch efficiently. You don’t need much space to be comfortable when it’s done thoughtfully. However, there was a faint, lingering smell that wasn’t overpowering but stayed noticeable once you caught it. The A/C didn’t cool properly at first, and I had to leave the door open for better air circulation. The bed had no fitted bottom sheet, which felt unhygienic, and the single-ply toilet paper gave a low-budget impression despite the hotel’s trendy image. The general-use bathrooms on the 2nd floor were dim, not very clean, and two separate light switches didn’t work. The friendly and polite staff were the only real saving grace. I could’ve stayed anywhere, but I chose the Moxy for its proximity to Madison Square Garden—unfortunately, the novelty was ruined by the obvious maintenance and housekeeping negligence.
