If you want the best vacation every please read this long and honest review. I went in the last week of October 2025 to Kaila Beach. This is the best hotel you can choose in Alanya. I went to a lot of Hotels in Turkiye and this one is very very very good. The restaurant has different themes on different days. So on one day there was a fish theme with sushi, crab, squid and everything. There is enough food to try out for a whole week. The hotel is like a 30min walk and 10min bus drive from the center (€1.50 pp for the bus). The bus stops right in front of the hotel. This Hotel doesnt use cheap stuff. So if you order Ice tea you will get Lipton or FuzeTea in a glass. The people are very very nice. Pascal was very friendly and helpful in the lobby. He helped us with every question whe had. Also the people from the lobbybar where very very friendly and always smiling, especially Mehmet Kaplan, Filiz and Serap they made sure that everytime we wanted something to drink to make us smile! The towel service was perfect, rooms are very clean and overall a very luxurious Hotel. There are enough bars to get some snacks or something to drink inside the hotel. Right in front of the Hotel there is a corner shop for excursions (Turkish men named Ahmet), he had very good prices and was honest about the trips, no marketing talk or pushing you to choose something. Hotel is also nearby airport Gazipasa! So no tiring bus trip!

We were staying at Kalia for 7 nights, entrance,very pleasant, staff very welcoming and helpful with all kind of information. Buffet - you will find something for everyone, a lot of choices whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they also have a snack bar by the pool where you can order food if you get hungry in-between buffet opening hours. Amazing food, there was nothing we didn't like. Cleaners- our room was always clean tidy and fully equipped. The pool staff- very friendly. Bar staff- amazing, friendly and very bubbly, definitely made our holiday better. We had a problem in our room, reported it and it was solved within minutes. Plenty activities around the hotel and great entertainment almost every night. Live singing, dancing and something for the children too. 3 pools, spa treatment,gym, mini shops, hairdresser,professional photographer in the hotel. Hotel is joined with the beach so you can easily get there. Great location, amazing week. Thank you so much! We shall visit again.

Emergency alarm works three time per night and waking you up, so don’t expect to have a good sleep here, neither you, nor for your kids Edit: replying to answer of you, this issue appeared 2 nights from three we are staying here, and this night emergency siren worked not less than 15 minutes without stopping around 10pm. Las night it was 6am, 7am, 9am. As for other complaints it was 4 more people on reception with us trying to explaing you that it is not normal and also 10 people in the lobby who thought it’s a real fire
