One of the best resorts we’ve stayed at, the staff is so attentive and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and topped up daily. The entertainment staff were great. The view was great, with multiple pools, ensuring that none of them were over crowded. The only suggestion for improvement I have is regarding the pool water temperature - it was a bit on the cooler side. That said, we still enjoyed using the pools. My parents are very fussy when it comes to food and they absolutely loved all the food. There was so much variety, and multiple bars/restaurants throughout the resort. The desserts were made so beautifully, and were delicious! The coffee in the brasserie was amazing, even better than the Starbucks, which was also included. Everything was easily accessible, and the bus service from the hotel to the private beach was great. We would definitely go back, it was great value for money, we were all pleasantly surprised. Thank you Aska for your lovely hospitality!

The hotel is lovely but my experience at the hotel spa was exceptional. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing, with every detail designed to make you feel completely at ease. I enjoyed several soothing massages to ease joint pain and high-quality facials that left my skin feeling amazing. The staff provide impeccable service, a true five-star experience. Everyone was absolutely wonderful, especially Sevgi and all the reception/spa staff. They were so kind, welcoming, and professional, and they truly made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this hotel and experiencing this spa and I personally can’t wait to go back!

Hotel is great for families, food is amazing never struggled to find a good meal even with fussy children. St John, turgut, Murat, burak, melih were brilliant with us from day one. Always made us laugh and involved in everything. We were a group of 16 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Water slides were amazing! Excellent hotel for all ages, staff are all very friendly and cannot help you enough. Food has been awesome from start to finish with a great variety of options. St John, Turgut, Melih were fantastic, forever coming around to make sure we were all having a great time, always getting the party going! Would recommend this resort to anyone who loves a little fun 🙏🌞 thank you to all the staff

Very friendly and welcoming staff. . Pleasant, with conversation but not intrusive. Genuine feel of care and interest in giving an enjoyable experience. Steakhouse is well worth it. Meat sweats by the time I was finished at a fraction it would cost in Ul. Staff also went out of their way to accommodate us following a booking error. A la carte breakfast for returning guests is lovely and nice atmosphere change from the buffet hustle, but make sure you loosen the strings on your shorts! Could feed a family of horses with what comes out. Great hotel. 👍
