We visited this resort as part of our family vacation. From the moment we arrived at the InterContinental Koh Samui, everything about our stay felt magical. This is undoubtedly the best hotel in Koh Samui — a perfect blend of breathtaking views, world-class hospitality, and serene luxury. We were upgraded to a panoramic ocean-view family suite, and the view from our room was simply beyond imagination. The resort features six beautifully maintained swimming pools, each with its own charm — including the beachside pool, the elegant main lobby pool, and four stunning signature color pools (red, yellow, orange, and blue). Every corner of the property reflects thoughtful design and meticulous care. The food was delicious and the best part was club lounge access. But what truly sets this resort apart is its impeccable service. Every staff member we met was warm, courteous, and highly professional — making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Thank you, InterContinental Koh Samui, for an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return again and again!

We are sad to leave tomorrow but equally thankful that we had a wonderful and restful stay with the sincere team at Intercontinental Koh Samui. The daily rain at this time of the year did not dampen our spirits or experience at this lovely resort. The sun ☀️ eventually shines through 😊! Martin greeted us with warmth and a smile from the moment we arrived after a long red-eye connecting flights with our 6 year old child. The beautifully warm and caring hospitality shown by local staff is WORLD-CLASS - from the gardeners, the house-keeping team and all the way to the front of staff. They do care that you are having an amazing and memorable stay with them. Our special thanks to Nok, Beauty and the team from Ambers, Wooddy and his Pool bar boys from Flames, Ing and the team from Club Lounge and of course, the concierge driving us up and down the hill daily. Our daughter loved the buggy rides and dear Fern and the team from Kids Club. Their sincerity will always leave a forever memory of the beautiful Thai people and culture. All ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ resorts will have great facilities and our Private Pool Villa right next to the main pool is no exception - spacious and the indoor&outdoor spas are such a bonus treat. The food produce here is very fresh and of great standard and wide selection. The culinary team also presents the food exceptionally, including today with the Halloween theme. Due to the secluded and quiet location, a half board stay offers a good opportunity to try the skills of the kitchen team. Thank you Intercontinental Koh Samui. We recently had a week long stay at this gorgeous hotel… besides the obvious of it being a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view and a stunning room. I really needed to make sure we gave it the review it deserved. Beyond the standard things that make it a great hotel, food, room, location, view etc… what really set this one apart from many we stay at is definitely the staff. Martin and his team just go well and above every single day to give you exceptional service and let you have a holiday beyond what you even expect. Special shout out to Eden and Beauty ( if you can get a table at breakfast in Beauty’s section do it!! She is devine) both of those staff remembered our orders, our names, what days we were staying at the hotel and offered great suggestions of what to do etc. they absolutely made our stay so special!! As we approached areas their friendly faces and chats made us feel so at home! Thank you to the entire team!

We recently stayed at the intercontinental resort in Koh Samui for 5 nights for a wedding. From start to finish, our stay was amazing. The resort has multiple pools and restaurants, the rooms are impeccable and clean, and the facilities are world class. The resort also has multiple activities that could cater for any guests. But what really makes the intercontinental stand out amongst the rest is the staff. The staff, in particular Boom, was friendly, warm, genuine, and welcoming. No question or request was ever a challenge and they do as much as they can to make your stay be the best it can be. They are what make the intercontinental in Koh Samui a world class resort and they deserve all the credit. I will definently be back in the future to stay at this wonderful resort again.

My husband and I would like to share our wonderful experience during our recent 6-night stay at your resort. This was our third visit to InterContinental Samui, and once again, it was truly memorable. From the moment we checked in on 3 October 2025, the team at the Club Lounge warmly welcomed us back. A very special touch was from Jan, who remembered that during our 2024 visit, I celebrated my birthday at the resort. She kindly wished me a belated happy birthday — such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly recognized. Before our arrival, I contacted the reservations team to request the same room we had previously stayed in. Upon check-in, we were delighted to hear that our special request had been arranged perfectly. Another lovely surprise came during our afternoon tea at the Club Lounge, the team presented us with a personalized welcome-back card and delicious macarons. What touched me most was learning that one of the staff members, who was on her day off, had taken the time to create a handmade bouquet of flowers from fuzzy wire for us. It made me so emotional, it truly felt like coming home. Throughout our 6-night stay, every staff member treated us with such kindness and care, as if we were friends or family. They shared their hearts with us, teaching us how to make a traditional Thai lotus flower and recommending local Samui restaurants for us to enjoy special dinners. A special mention to Lisa, who kindly shared her local dining tips. All the buggy drivers greeted us with warm smiles and shared helpful tips about the resort and the island, specially Mr.Duke. When our suitcase lock broke, the engineering team quickly came to fix it, and it worked perfectly afterward. Small thing for someone, but this is big things for us. In the restaurant, Flame, the new staff name, Kim, I just asked him to take our photo as our memories for one of the night dinner. He did additional touch by on his mobile light focusing our face to make sure that lighting is perfect in the photo. Miss Natcha in restaurant Amber also, whenever she was on duty, always come to ask, what they can do better for us each day. On our final day, during check-out, the Club team gave us a handmade farewell card, beautifully drawn and personalized with our photos (even printed using AI!). The card also included photos of the Club team from our first day, creating a heartfelt memory for us to take home. Apologize if your names are not mentioned on this, I really remember all of the staff face and their smiles daily on my trip. Thank you once again to everyone at InterContinental Samui for another unforgettable stay. You truly make us feel loved every time we return.
