We had an absolutely fantastic week at this hotel. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating; every single one was incredibly helpful and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay seamless. The on-site dining was a highlight too, with delicious meals that hit the spot every time. And let's not forget the prime location—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore without a hitch. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The highlight of this hotel is definitely the food – it’s absolutely outstanding. Every day there’s a themed section (Mexican, Japanese, etc.), along with a permanent Italian corner (pizza, pasta) and a grill offering both meat and fish. There are even three different types of paella each day! At breakfast, you can enjoy champagne, and one day there were oysters – that says it all about the quality :) The bartenders and restaurant staff are extremely friendly, polite, and always do their best to make guests feel welcome. There were only a couple of small things that could be improved – the evening entertainment is quite short (usually a short live music show around 9:30 p.m.), and once our room was missing towels, but the issue was quickly resolved by reception. I also really liked the pool area – you can reserve sunbeds easily through a smartphone app, so there’s no morning rush. It’s peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing or reading a book. Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommended!

We stayed at this 5 star hotel on an all-inclusive basis and the experience was wonderful. The buffet is good, with nice food and decent service, but what really stood out for us were the bars, which were even better than the restaurant thanks to the empathy and friendliness of the whole team. We especially want to mention Salma, a waitress who is without a doubt the soul of the hotel. She served us several times both at the Lobby Bar and at the pool bar, always with a unique energy. She remembered our favorite drinks, served us quickly and kindly, and never lost her smile even while working long hours under the sun. Salma brings joy, professionalism, and a personal touch that makes you feel at home. She is truly the fingerprint of the hotel: a charming, brilliant young woman who is always ready to give her best. If this hotel is already excellent for its facilities and services, people like her take it to the next level. We 100% recommend this place, and we hope to see Salma again on our next visits.

The hotel ticked all the boxes for my 10 days stay. Own parking for a reasonable 10 euros per say. Building is recent so AC silent and individually adjustable in the room. Real luxury mattress. Extremely friendly and apparently happy staff, which makes a difference to the vibe. I will remember 2 waitresses spontaneously joining sport supremo Andrew on a Latin dance during aquagym which created a very good vibe. Gourmet market restaurant has a great concept and execution. Sun bed booking system is fantastic and keep the early birds at bay ... Brekfast buffet very varied and of good quality. Special marks for Andrew and Chiara, taking care of the sport and fun activities, for their energy, humour and friendliness. Hotel next to the beach and city, so easy to roam outside. Only bemol is that prior 11pm, due to musical shows in and outside the hotel, sleeping is not an option even with closed windows. Downside of the central location.

Absolutely fantastic stay here. We did b&b with star prestige as we knew we would eat out most nights. Ate in the Gourmet Kitchen the first night, food and service was a bit hit and miss and a little disappointing after some of the reviews I'd read. Hotel is great, 2 star prestige pool areas with snacks and alcoholic drinks available 10-7 everyday. Good selection of food and self service drinks so you won't go short. Breakfast was great with loads of choices and even live music as you enter some mornings. Room was a little small, however our balcony more than made up for it with an amazing view, hot tub, sun beds and hammock. Can't understand why a fabulous room like this described as a double had 2 single beds pushed together with single bedding but we put up with that. Bathroom smelled a bit drainy at various points throughout the stay, and the glass doors don't make for the most private bathrooms but again this wasn't enough to dampen our experience. Overall great stay and would definitely return.
