The lively Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife hits the right notes with fun-loving guests craving an unforgettable holiday on the sun-soaked island of Tenerife. Really good trip for our family holiday. Lots of activities to do at the pool, which made for a lot of fun and plenty of laughs. Ezekiel Anita was fantastic, whether it be aqua aerobics or my personal favourite water basket. Always had a smile on his face and always quick with a joke. Great guy, which helped make an already brilliant stay even better. Splash pool is where we spent most of our time, which is great for kids. My daughter did the kids clubs a couple of times, mainly to do DJing or play football, but they can pick and choose when to go and what to do. Location is great, 20 minutes away from Siam Park and the hotel is brilliant. Food and drinks are pricey, as you’d expect for a chain like Hard Rock. We didn’t go all inclusive as it would have added about another £3,000 to our vacation, which we felt wouldn’t be worthwhile. Lots and lots of lovely eateries and restaurants just out the door and up the hill.

I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife with a friend in early October and we honestly had the best time! The hotel is absolutely spotless – everything was so clean and well looked after. The pools are amazing, especially with the great views and chilled atmosphere, and the cocktails were spot on every time. The beach on the door step is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing afternoon. What really made the trip even more special was the staff – everyone was so friendly and couldn’t do more to help. A special shoutout to Valentina at breakfast – she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful each morning. She really set the tone for a great day. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful family experience at Hard Rock Tenerife. The service was amazing, the breakfast was fantastic and the facilities were beautiful. Every single person working at this hotel makes the experience unforgettable, thank you so much for the care and kindness. Please don’t miss the paddle surf and kayak classes. They explain everything, are super helpful and very kind, the classes are amazing. 100% recommended. This hotel will definitely be our place every year. Thank you for everything!

The hotel was great with superb staff. The mad rush to grab a sun lounger at the lower pool was frustrating. Buffet food was of excellent quality & again staff were excellent. Cristina in the Rock Shop was terrific. Entertainment was excellent general cleanliness was a very high standard. It would be a great addition if water fountains were available to save guests time,staff time & money on tins of fresh water.

We stayed in October at Hard Rock hotel. The hotel is lovely, clean & spacious. Different pools, bars & options to eat. Staff very friendly & happy to help & want you to have a good stay. I upgraded my stay so was lucky to stay in Tower 1, level 15 so views were lovely. As part of our upgrade we had access to a vip lounge for breakfast & bar in the evening on the roof. We stayed AI+ which is worth it. There are al a carte, mexican, italian, japansese, steak, american. We would recomed steak & japanese. Accross from hotel lovely bistro with some shops do fresh poke bowls, lovely salads/sandwhiches & cocktails. Also in our room we had bose speaker & xbox if wanted. We had a few glitches but staff are so friendly & helpful & eager to sort anything quickly. Some of the staff worth mentioning are Dave, Luis, Aventurine, Catherine, Valentino & Luciano. We went on some excursions, cataraman to view whales & dolphins in their natural envir, submarine to see wildlife & tour of local volcanos, worth exploring. First time to tenerife & plan to come back. One element was not impressed was the Spa. Not all elents worked well & quite disappointing. Even though given flip flops, you can't wear them all the time, if moving out of various water things & floor is marble & very slippy. I fell banged my elbow, 29 mins later and man slipped & was taken to hospital. When I mentioned to lady on desk she was very defensive & said you should wear flip gloss all time. If they don't do something someone may get seriously hurt.
