The location couldn’t be better — right on the golf courses and just minutes from the vibrant Vilamoura Marina. Beautiful, recently renovated hotel with its own golf course, located not far from the city center and the marina. The surroundings are stunning and create a very relaxing atmosphere. A very special mention to Raquel at reception – she is an absolute star! Incredibly helpful, super friendly, and always going the extra mile to assist. She truly made our stay exceptional. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a wonderful spa, great recreation options, and access to a lovely beach club. Shuttle buses run regularly to both the beach and the marina, which is very convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay – but what really makes the difference is the outstanding service, especially from Raquel.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food is absolutely delicious. Very nice hotel which actually feels like a plush 4 star hotel. Rooms lovely, staff very helpful and friendly. Pool is very nice with lots of comfy sunbeds. Its a little way out from the marina, probably a 25 min walk but they do provide a shuttle bus which operates at set times during the day. Its about 4-5 euros in a taxi. The only down point would be the price of food and drinks - pool bar prices are 8 euro for a beer, 27.5 euro for a pepperoni pizza, and 23.5 for a chicken and bacon sandwich. This is a bit expensive compared to what you can pay at the marina I think.

This is our 2nd time at this hotel, the rooms, pool are amazing, the shuttle bus to marina is so handy, but wee loved our walk down to marina only takes about 20mins and is straight road and very flat no hills. All staff are very welcoming, need to have a special shout out for Carlos. Vale guest relations manager, very helpful and friendly which makes a hotel to have someone that cares about you.
