Excellent holidays in Forte da Oura. We spent a few days there. Starting with the personnel at the reception they were all super nice and always trying to help us. The room was very spacious and clean. We had the all inclusive option. A lot of option for restaurants and you can use others hotels restaurant too! And the quality of the food was very good too. Overall very nice experience!

MGM was a wonderful stay, The hotels design, the employees, the room was fantastic! The location of all the hotels also, is great for the beach and going into town. All employees were lovely and worked efficiently but we have to give a massive shout out to; Carla! She made us feel super welcome and answered any questions we had, her energy is unmatched. Sandeep Singh! His hospitality was BEYOND exceptional (needs to be promoted). Amir! full of positive vibes and gave us amazing recommendations of places to go during our stay. These three employees enhanced our stay at MGM, we will be coming again. Thanks for the lovely service :).

The hotel was really nice, the holiday was great, I was all inclusive and that was up to standard , however, a few items from my room went missing , didn’t look like housekeeping had been in because nothing was done. One receptionist made out like someone had came in through my window because I was on the bottom floor and had my window open, but all that was missing was my make up bag and a long cardigan. But I had a silver cross necklace sitting on the bedside cabinet that was still there? lol. So they made out someone climbed in through my window just to steal make up and a cardigan lol . Don’t believe that for one second. If h stay there, keep any little thing locked up!

The reception area I wld give 5 stars the staff were lovely we were half board & cld use the coffee machine in reception & drinks machine at the pool if you want 5 star luxury don't book this hotel it's more like a 3 star we ran out of toilet paper that shouldn't happen in a 5 star the rooms were cleaned every other day & weren't cleaned properly we left cups of water on our table at dinner time they were removed twice we hadn't finished yet. It says they don't allow hen & stags well they were there.We spoke to other couples who said the same as us not 5 star 3 star at most. Would we come back here no chance. We would recommend this hotel as a 3 star & if you just want to drink

The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Thinking we booked 5 star hotel in fact it was more like a 2 maybe at push 3 star. Staff were rude food was ok first week second week it was horrendous no good entertainment, charged to use towels no tea coffee milk sugar or water let alone soft drinks in the room. Just a dreadful experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The view from our room was horrendous I will show photos at the end when asked to move was reluctantly told maybe when we were shown the room it was exactly if not worst view. Reception staff couldn’t care less, rooms were cleaned every other day toilet paper was never left always had to ask. Just a very money grabbing rude staff they all treated you like you was putting them out and bar shut at 10pm drinks were either watered down or cheap knock offs . I don’t like to give bad reviews and never have before but this place was so bad I never want to go to Portugal again
