⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best all-inclusive resort I’ve ever been to! This is truly the best all-inclusive resort I’ve ever stayed at. The service is amazing, and all the staff are incredibly friendly — you never feel alone, and they do everything to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. There’s new entertainment every day, and everything is so well organized. Everyone working here is so kind, but a special thanks to Tiger, who took such great care of us — truly professional! Can’t wait to come back next year!

We were initially a bit hesitant about Desert Rose because of some mixed reviews saying it was old and the service wasn’t great, but that turned out to be completely wrong! The resort has clearly been renovated and looks beautiful. As soon as you arrive at the reception, you notice the elegant, modern, and welcoming lobby. The front desk staff were professional, kind, and very helpful. We were given a Deluxe room in the new section, which was stylishly designed, cozy, and very clean. The interior felt modern and comfortable exactly what you hope for on a relaxing holiday. Overall, the customer service was excellent. There were a few small issues, but whenever we mentioned them, the staff responded immediately and with genuine care. It really felt like they wanted to make our stay perfect. A special thank you to the security guard Atido such a kind, smiling, and positive person who brightened our days every time we walked by. His friendly attitude truly made a difference! We are so grateful for the wonderful service and experience. Desert Rose made our trip unforgettable, and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 🌸

I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel. The meals were always fresh, tasty, and offered plenty of choice for everyone. The entertainment program was excellent, with enthusiastic and talented animators who made each day fun and lively. The hotel is set in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff – always smiling and ready to help. It was a fantastic experience, and I would happily come back again!

We’ve been to Hurghada many times, trying different places, and we’ve finally found the one that just feels right. The hotel is clean, welcoming, and the perfect size for families. The staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling, which made every day feel special. But what really made our trip unforgettable was the Fun Surf team at the surf school. Our son has surfed many times before, but this time was something completely different. Kareem was respectful, well-organized, and always went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. Max, Marwan, and Mido brought constant good energy and laughter. Gamal was endlessly patient and encouraging. And Rysha… he was something else. He treated our son like his little brother, with kindness and genuine care, and that meant the world to us. Their warmth and enthusiasm even inspired us to try windsurfing for the first time, which we absolutely loved. They’re not just instructors; they’re wonderful people who make guests feel like family. Every single one of them turned our holiday into something special, and they’re the reason we’re already planning to come back next year with two other families. Unfortunately, we also witnessed something that left us very uncomfortable. We saw how Ateef, the manager, spoke to the instructors—often disrespectfully, even toward guests who preferred to learn with someone else. It was painful to see such talented and kind people treated that way. We don’t want to support an environment where staff are mistreated, especially when they are the heart and soul of the experience. We truly hope the hotel recognizes how valuable Kareem, Max, Marwan, Mido, Gamal, and especially Rysha are to their guests. They are the reason people return, and they deserve every bit of respect and appreciation for the amazing work they do.

Thad a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options every day. The animations and activities were fantastic - the animators did an amazing job keeping everyone entertained and creating a great atmosphere. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to everything you might need. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!
