We celebrated a friend's birthday at this resort with 30+ people. Plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained. Food wise the buffet restaurant was the most varied and seemed to have something for everyone. We tried 2 of the dinner restaurants - but the service was very slow and the food wasn't really suitable for the kids. The entertainment in the evening was fun. There was nothing in the surrounding areas of the hotel but if you're just looking to stay resort based then this is perfect. There are mosquitoes everywhere and the water in the swimming pools are cold in October but we all still managed to enjoy ourselves. Shout out to the yoga instructor who continued with a hathya yoga session despite the stormy weather and even managed to teach us a few aerial yoga moves.

My all inclusive family vacation at Club Tuana was perfect and beyond my expectations! I went with my wife and my five months old baby, our room was in the lagoon section with a direct swim up pool access. The room was modern, clean, and has a nice terrace. All the hotel staff were nice, gentle , helpful, and professional. The food was super super good with large varieties including the fruits and desserts. (We didnt try the a la carte restaurants) The gardens are well maintained and very beautiful. We enjoyed also the lagoon lounge. Went during the last two weeks of October and the weather was a mixture of cloudy and sunny. The pool is not heated so it was very cold to jump in. Lots of entertainment and activities for both kids and adults. Buffet food was great. Loved the salads, meze, and grilled chicken. Amazing bread! Only downside of this resort is that it has a lot of mosquito! You get bitten through the clothes!

Nice all-inclusive resort, quite good value for money. Some positives: our kids (6-yr, 1-yr) really enjoyed the kid club and the children pool. Staff have done a great job! Foods are actually OK! And the sea view was one of the highlights! Some negatives: the room was really outdated! I don’t think this is a 5-star hotel standard. And the family room was also a bit small as well. Housekeeping should have done a better job, when we first checked in, we found some spots on the floor with long hairs. And they forgot to change our towel one day, phoned the reception three times before we got the new towel. Improvement is really needed for better customer experience. All in all, if you are travelling with kids and don’t care much about the room etc, this could be the hotel to go to.

It was pretty and the food was tasty. There was good entertainment and lots to do. However, the lagoon rooms quality left much to be desired, the floors were somewhat damaged and the bathroom did not really scream luxury resort. The day we landed was after a delay to our flight due to signal failure and when we arrived the person at the desk at night was very rude and abrupt and unwilling to resolve some of the roo. Issues we had. Our luggage was thrown about, and some of our party were left outside the wrong room upon arrival. The resort in general was very poorly lit. I fell down the stairs, near the lagoon from missing a step! In the dark. There were good parts to the holiday and the destination itself is so pretty. However, my experience was tainted by the staff interactions we had.
