I met F&B Manager Mr Siva, he rest assured me that I can address any needs to him, he will be at my service What a wonderful and friendly approach from Mr Siva. I am touched Special mentioned to Mr Nicholas from Hotel Cafe at Level 14. Even though the vegetarian dish Rojak Pasembur is only available for dine in NOT for room service. But Mr Nicholas takes the extra mile to talk to the Chef to grant my wish. Thanks to Mr Nicholas Last but not least, the front desk staff are very efficient and Bell Captain/ Concierge very helpful and alert, seeing my wife and I came back from shopping with lots of things, they ran out of the hotel lobby to assist and help to bring to my room. My wife resist their help as she don’t want to trouble them as they have check in customers to attend to. But these Hero insist to help I am sure to return.

Think twice before staying here. You will see lots of negative reviews about this hotel. They will try to take a copy of your credit card at check-in, the mini bar has only 2 drinks in it, housekeeping kept taking towels witjout replacing them during my stay, everything is really old throughout the hotel, and every restaurant is vegetarian only. I booked a club room, walked in once, and straight out again. Staff were friendly, but no other guests were there, because the offering was so poor. As other reviewers have noted, definately not a 5 star hotel and I wouldn't ever stay here again.

Room Type: Premiere Room The room was spacious at 57 sqm and fully carpeted, providing great comfort. It came with a separate shower and toilet, which was very convenient. Easy access to the mall, and the lift was fast too. The buffet breakfast at the vegetarian restaurant was super good! Delicious and satisfying! Highly recommended! I’ll definitely come again.

We stayed at this hotel on a three week trip to SE Asia. We arrived at 7:00am after a 15 hour flight and after being awake for over 24 hours but couldn't check in straight away. However, the staff at the desk was very accommodating and checked us in about 12:00pm. Our upgraded room was very spacious so I appreciate that. The staff were polite and accommodating but other than that, I did not like this hotel at all! It was my least favourite of all the five hotels in this trip. Hotels can be too big and then they get impersonal. What total chaos happens at breakfast! Long queues for individual orders with people pushing in. Are they all hotel guests? If so, they need more space. We did not return after our first experience. The selection is only vegetarian so definitely don't expect bacon. Additionally, this hotel appears to cater for Muslim guests so there was also no alcohol in the mini bar. Why did this hotel not have complimentary water in reception? I was so accustomed to hotels having a vat of cold, ice water ( sometimes with cucumber/ oranges / lemons in it). Malaysia is a hot country and people get dehydrated. I was told to buy some at the Seven Eleven nearby when I asked. I would not stay here again if I were to return to Kuala Lumpar. UPDATE: Many thanks for your gracious response. It is good to hear you will take on board my comments and strive to improve your services. In the meanwhile, I have made my travel agent know my preferences and make sure she chooses hotels in future that cater for our taste.

This is absolutely unacceptable for a so-called five-star hotel. The moment we stepped out of the lift, the entire corridor reeked of cigarette smoke. Then, when we entered our room, it was filthy — dusty, with visible spider webs, and even a spider crawling around. Disgusting! To make things worse, the room furnishings were old, the lighting was dim, and the bedside lamp was tilted like it could fall off anytime. Honestly, the room looked more like a haunted house than a hotel room. We tried calling the concierge using the room phone — but guess what? No one could be reached. We had to Google your hotel’s phone number and call the call center just to get help. When we finally reached someone, your customer service representative had the nerve to suggest sending housekeeping because “that wing is only opened when the hotel is busy.” Seriously? Are you admitting you assigned us a room that had been left empty for so long that it gathered spider webs? We checked in after 9 PM, tired and just wanting to rest, but instead we had to insist on changing to a proper room in another wing. This entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far below the standard any guest should expect, let alone at a “five-star” establishment. Berjaya Times Square Hotel management, please get your act together. Train your staff properly and conduct proper quality control before selling rooms in such disgraceful condition. Guests deserve better.
