I’m very sorry but is not the best.. I’ll start with breakfast: seating was good as there was o in our party if you get there early. If you’re more than 45 minutes after opening as we usually are then you’ll find you have to go hunting for plates.. then the next problem is if there’s any bread then you have to wait your turn to use the toaster that needs to go through twice. Then as I wanted scrambled egg if there was any there it was usually cold… the same thing with the tea pots none. There seems to be a serious problem in the restaurant…. The pool area… we needed to get our beds really early to get one around the children’s pool… the walking area’s everywhere are so so slippery it’s a complete disaster…. You need to book for the best entertainment only 2 possible, some again get there really early to get a good seat… Not a lot to do out side the hotel… as there was 9 of us we needed 2 taxis that cost around 25 - 30 euros each way The good points: the rooms are spotless 10 out of 10…. Staff are polite and helpful around the bar areas… Please note this is only our experience

THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST FOR FAMILIES (and couples) I would recommend coming here. Me and my and 3 kids one 8 one 13 one and one 14 .Family room came with a double bed ,single bed and couch bed. It had TWO bathrooms one of them was the size of my living room at home with two sinks a bath AND shower and mirrors and toilet .The other bathroom was a normal size with everything you need like sink shower etc. The staff were super nice and came to clean our rooms every day. The pools had pools for adults/teenagers and kids. They had entertainment for the kids like games music. Breakfast started at somewhere near 7am and the lunch started at 1pm and dinner at 6pm . Food was fantastic for every meal. There are kid shows that my 8 year old went to there The adults shows You have to book dates but truly they are amazing. Out of 5 it’s a 5 it’s really good and I don’t lie. Don’t be scared come and enjoy .

Great family hotel. Perfect for kids of all ages from 6 months old. Pools for kids, playgrounds, infinity pool for adults. Kids buffet, great variety of food and drinks. Great soft drinks. Great shows and animation. Great view on the ocean. However no beach access - situated on the high rock with an amazing view near the golf club.

We have returned again to the Bahia Fantasia. Had a lovely relaxing holiday. Great food and services throughout the hotel. Service in the main restaurant and bar is excellent , the food choice is still excellent. Carlos in the bar really looked after us and offered a fabulous service. The pools were lovely and warm which was great on cloudy days. I would recommend the hotel for both families and couples as there is something for everyone in the hotel. The only issue was an unfortunate smell of sewage in the afternoon in the room and corridor. ( maybe from outside the hotel?)

Stayed here as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only small criticism would be the lack of evening entertainment for adults. The karaoke, quiz, and bingo sessions were fun but quite short at only around 30 minutes each. The live shows, while impressive and performed well, didn’t seem to have a clear storyline—or if they did, it wasn’t easy to follow. Also, being limited to just two shows during a week’s stay did restrict the evening options a little. On a positive note, the lobby bar was fantastic! Tyrese was absolutely amazing—so attentive and friendly throughout our stay. He really was our star! The Italian restaurant was another highlight—delicious food and excellent service. Giuseppe’s positive, bubbly personality made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few tweaks that could make it perfect!
