We had a fabulous holiday and highly recommend this hotel. I had booked assisted travel and requested a walk in shower due to mobility issues. When we arrived the gentleman on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was ground floor and we had a wet room as requested. The next day the same gentleman was on reception and made a point of checking that everything was okay, did I need anything and would a shower chair be helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff were friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful room with everything we needed. The terrace had 2 sun loungers, a small table with 2 chairs and 3 steps to the pool. The pool had a ramp with a rail so it was very easy to get in and out of the pool. Everywhere was very clean and the housekeeping was done every day. There was 2 large wardrobes so plenty of storage. The kitchen area although small was sufficient to cook if you wanted to. The fridge was a good size, the under counter style with a small freezer compartment at the top. We just had a bag of ice in it. I will definitely come back at some point.

Fantastic Holiday in beautiful surroundings, The buffet style restaurant was absolutely amazing with choices changing every night. Rooms are spotless (4116) and the maid service excellent! Special mention for Raymond in the animation team. The hotel location is perfect if you want to wander both harbour and beach 10mins away. Ciutadella is 1/2 hour bus ride away(€2.05) well worth the visit it’s stunning and the bus stops outside the hotel so really handy,

Wonderful experience! The resort is beautiful and well taken cared. The staff is so kind and helpful. The restaurant has lots of quality, tasty food and variety. Super family style and kids friendly. A lot of space, 4 pools including one with slides for children. Everything is clean. And on top of everything is autistic friendly. My son felt safe and taken cared at all times. We will.come.back for sure!

Amazing family holiday at Zafiro Hotel Cala en Bosc Menorca. Our Swim up room was just perfect for managing with 2 young childern. The kids loved the play area slides and bouncy castle and looked forward to the kids disco every evening with Yzzy the Koala Mascot making an apperance. The food in the pool bar was great everytime, we had one evening where the buffet was a bit behind keeping up with grilling meat so we missed out on that. There was plenty of selection for breakfast to keep everyone happy. Very clean resort and loved the small touches when the cleaners serviced the rooms arranging the kids toys so neatly and leaving our room spotless everyday. The maintenance staff also friendly but our stand out staff member was Howard the Lifeguard who took time to interact with our childern they looked forward to seeing him each day and giving him a wave. A memorable family holiday.

Absolutely loved our stay as a family of four, 2 kids, 6 & 8 yrs old! Pools were fab , kids and adults had a ball, no racing for loungers plenty to go round! Food was so good esp at the pool bar! A must try! only issue was we had to wait till 6 o clock for the amazing frozen margaritas in the lobby bar ! Rooms were a good size too 😂😂! Can’t wait to come back !
