Me and My family had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were so clean and the atmosphere overall was great. The animation team was amazing. Especially Emily and lily, they always got us involved. Lily took us to hard rock and we had a great time. The atmosphere was incredible. The best day of our holiday.

We went to Hard Rock Cafe with lily and we had the most incredible time. I 100% recommend doing the hard rock with the family and friends as it was the best night of our holiday. Lily was amazing our whole holiday and included us in everything. 10/10 stay and would come again.

We had an amzing stay at this hotel. The activities were amazing. Everyone was so freindly and couldnt do enough for you. The rooms were so clean and the cleaners were amazing. The waterpark was incredible and there was no que for the slides. The waiters were always there aswell as the animation team who always had an activity for everyone. Lily always came over and made an effort with us aswell as emily. Both brilliant girls

The hotel overall was incredible. The staff was amazing and the food was good. The entertainment was amazing throughout our stay and the animation team got us involved in everything. We went to Hard Rock Cafe with Lily and she is incredible. She made us laugh, kept us entertained and was so energetic. Overall an amazing hotel and so worth the money.
