The hotel is stunning from the moment you step into the lobby — truly worthy of being a high-end Hilton property. I love the wave-inspired design and the luxurious stone bathroom. The bathtub fills up quickly and the water temperature is easy to control. Breakfast was delicious, the staff provided excellent service, and the swimming pool is beautiful.

This is a special place. The rooms and building are incredible, but the staff is really what makes this stay so top notch. We had incredible food recommendations from our concierge, Natt. The doormen (and women) all went out of their way to set up any taxi, transportation, directions, and just overall the warmest welcome each time we passed through the doors. Every evening when we returned, it was like they were happy to see us, it was so special. The breakfast honestly deserves its own review, the offerings are seemingly limitless, but even with the huge undertaking each member of staff would stop what they were doing to say hello. We felt especially cared for and loved by May. Her big smile coming to say hello each morning was such a treat and we looked forward to it each day. I know Bangkok is full of wonderful hotels, but if you’re on the fence, this is a very safe bet and an exceptional stay.

I also had the chance to try the massage at the hotel, and it was incredibly relaxing and professional. On top of that, the welcome Thai tea cookie was such a thoughtful touch and absolutely delicious. Honestly, how do I request more of those cookies next time I go there? This hotel exceeded all expectations, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back the next time I’m in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

Our one-week stay was truly exceptional. The service and food exceeded all expectations — quiet, refined, and genuinely high-end luxury. Manager Stefan ensured everything ran smoothly, and we felt warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The massage was indeed more expensive compared to local parlors, but it was also one of the best I’ve ever had (special thanks to Patty). We’re already looking forward to returning for New Year’s. A definitely five-star, exceptional experience in every regard.

Words can't say enough about this place. Every time we visit Bangkok, this hotel is a must-visit for us. The staff here were all amazing, from the front to the back. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. If you get a chance, I definitely recommend visiting the restaurants here. Dinner and breakfast are both amazing here.
