We stayed in an ocean front one bedroom villa and loved it. Great location, beautiful setting, lovely beach and exceptional staff! Dinner at sunset is absolutely stunning, and the food at Breeze restaurant is excellent. The staff always made an effort to seat people at tables with a view. Breakfast is also excellent and they offer all day breakfast, which is great for those of us on way off time zones. We usually miss the "free" breakfast at most places, so it was nice to just get up when we wanted and still be able to utilize the included breakfast. Afternoon tea is also included and quite lovely. The spa was so fantastic I would up getting a massage each morning. The beach is not a "swimming" beach, but it's great for jumping waves and there are small tidal sand pools to sit in as the waves come in as well. We were more interested in relaxing and the beach so we didn't really leave the property, it appeared to be in a great location though for those that wanted to have a bit of night life or shop. We were able to arrange pick up from Ubud and drop off at the airport fairly easily with the resort and the fees were reasonable considering we requested larger vehicles for our luggage. We spent a month traveling Australia and Bali and stayed at several places, this was my husband's favorite place.

A relaxing retreat for a special occasion amidst a beautiful scenic setting, great food, drinks, people with lovely smiles and fantastic hospitality. Great staff with a special mention to Yogi. Accommodating us into our villa with the private pool before our check in and into private suite after checking out is highly appreciated. We have had a great time and enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary with you all. The card was lovely as was the bouquet though the bag as I saw was for every guest not just for the occasion as was told 😃 Food room service wasn’t as fresh or nice as when we had at the restaurant. The jacuzzi was a serious let down unfortunately and didn’t fix even after someone did have a lol into it! Few other misses were immediately sorted when dialled 0. Great food and lovely drinks especially the Iron Booster and Antioxidant. Indian food section and vegetarian/vegan options during afternoon tea or otherwise really need to be looked into. Overall a thank you for making our stay so special, memorable and worth coming back to stay with you all when next, if in Bali. Pics justify how much we enjoyed it. Quite honestly the best experience we have ever had travelling. We travelled to Samaya Seminyak for our honeymoon and the level of service was exceptional. Nothing was too much for the staff, who were happy to oblige or come up with solutions to any requests we had. Simple things like each staff member greeting us warmly and remembering our names went a long way. We had a 1 bed villa, which was extremely spacious, modern and well laid out. It backed on to a small terrace/garden with a swimming pool. The pool was lovely, but is quite deep (1.65m) for an inexperienced swimmer. The food and beverages are delicious and it's worth booking at their onsite restaurant for dinner. You can also order breakfast to the room as part of your package, which is a great touch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our first booking through Luxury Escapes and OMG — what an incredible experience! We were met at the airport by The Samaya van and warmly welcomed by the beautiful staff. Our pool villa was spacious, private, and absolutely stunning. The resort itself is outstanding — every staff member was kind, caring, and so polite, and they all remembered our names, which made it feel extra special. We genuinely loved every one of them. The food was divine, and on our final night our amazing butler, Kris, arranged a romantic table overlooking the sunset — just beautiful. 🌅 A huge bonus is the complimentary transport anywhere in Seminyak, which made getting around so easy. We highly, highly recommend staying here — and we’ll definitely be back! 🌺

The staff at this resort are truly remarkable — the most kind, attentive, and helpful people we have ever encountered in our travels. Every detail of our stay was handled with such care and professionalism, yet always delivered with a personal touch. Whether it was the thoughtful service at breakfast, the immaculate upkeep of the villas, or the way every request was met with a smile, the level of hospitality was exceptional in every sense. The resort itself is stunning — serene, beautifully maintained, and the perfect setting for a truly relaxing escape. But what made our stay unforgettable was the people. The dedication and warmth of the team at The Samaya elevated our holiday beyond all expectations. We will absolutely return.
