I had a wonderful 3 night stay here during October half term break with my children ages 12 and 14. We were impressed by the amazing selection of delicious food at the breakfast and dinner buffet. We all had different food likes/dietary requirements and there was more than enough selection for all of us. We were also impressed by the top quality dessert offerings every night. The main pool which was not only heated to a comfortable temperature but also had a beautiful view. We also loved our fabulous suite which had plenty of room for 3 of us including 2 separate bathrooms and a beautiful patio with an infinity plunge pool. Although it was too cold to use our pool, it was so nice to sit outside and play cards or relax on our private terrace and listen to the running water in the pool while looking out to the sea. It was easy to spend a lot of time just hanging out in our room. That being said, the resort is a nice manageable size-big enough to find different areas to explore but small enough to get around easily. The one thing I feel it was lacking was a teen “lounge” where they could hang out and/or meet other teenage kids, there is really only the kids club for the younger ones. But our teens were fine to walk around and explore the resort on their own and also pop into the nightly music events in the lobby bar. I only gave 4 stars for location because the resort is close to a main road and although you can't really see the cars I feel like I could always hear them. Not intrusively, kind of more like a background hum. Also you have to take a car down to the beach which didn't seem that scenic, especially on an overcast day, so we didn't bother to spend time there. To end on a positive note, at check-in they noticed it was my birthday and the hotel sent up a bottle of sparkling wine and a cake to my room which was a lovely and much appreciated surprise, 5-star treatment! Our stay at this hotel was truly five-star. We stayed for 8 nights, arriving in the second week of September, and every moment was memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly, and the elegance and cleanliness of the hotel immediately stood out. It's a beautifully maintained property with a family-friendly atmosphere that made traveling with my wife and baby incredibly comfortable. A special thank you to Luba, whose support throughout our stay made everything seamless. She was not only helpful but also gave us great suggestions that made our experience even better. The buffet offerings for both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the restaurant staff, Eleni, Eirini, and Athanasia, provided outstanding service that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. On our last day, we visited the ice cream shop and were met with the same level of hospitality from Rafaela and Chrysi, thank you both for the sweet send-off! While the beach at the sister hotel isn’t large, the calm waters in the cove were ideal for children, and we always found available sunbeds both there and by the hotel pool. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great food, and exceptional service.

The most amazing hotel we’ve stayed at in Crete! Highly recommended for families with kids. We chose this hotel mainly because of the heated pool — and ended up getting the best service we’ve ever had in Crete (and it’s our fifth time here). The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. It’s located a bit far from the beach, but there are convenient shuttle rides. We were truly surprised by all the complimentary services the hotel offers — from fitness classes and ceramics workshops to lunch for kids at the kids’ club, even if you don’t have a full-board plan. The main downsides are the prices inside the hotel. Since it’s far from the city, you have to eat on-site — and the food and drinks are very expensive. For example, drinks during dinner are charged separately and 5 euros for a small Coke is just too much. There’s also no option for free water or basic beverages. The kids’ club could also use some improvement — there’s not much for babies, and most of the play area is outdoors, so it’s not usable when it’s too hot or rainy. Only one pool is heated, so when the weather is nice, it gets crowded quickly. (In our opinion in October they need to heat more). Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly recommend this hotel. I gave it 5 stars despite the downsides because the staff and service really deserve it.

Brace yourselves! You are about to experience one of the best hotels you’ve ever been to! This place is new, very good thought out, super high standards of service, higher than average food quality and options of things to do, and very luxurious architecture! (They didn’t waste any cost on the materials that’s for sure) From the moment you step in the hotel until the moment you leave, they will try to do their best to accommodate your needs and satisfy you Could be improved with providing more free water and pitchers in breakfasts / dinners / restaurants, and the elevator should work faster / more elevators + no a/c in the elevator. Besides that everything is exceptionally high standards. Wouldn’t take an inch from the 5/5 stars for those issues. Have fun in your stay!

An absolute dream. We stayed for 7 nights and we had an incredible time In this resort. The hospitality is amazing and all the staff are so so nice. They go above and beyond to ensure you’re looked after. All the restaurants onsite are unmissable. Especially the Mitato steakhouse or Cretamos fine dining. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! We will most certainly be back. Special mention to Luba from concierge services, Angelos Antoniu (manager) and Aspa Lanara (Guest Relations) for their incredible assistance along the way. Thank you very much!
