We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this gorgeous place. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — they made us feel valued. I must mention that the manager Naami took great care of us. My son had to be taken to the Mount Elizabeth hospital and Naami provided all the help that I needed. Also the Concierge staff were always there to help with anything we needed and were nice enough to unload our bags and bring it to our room. The hospitality truly made a difference and elevated the whole experience.

It was our first time in Singapore and we were glad we chose the correct place to stay. The location is great with everything in close proximity. The rooms were spotless but could do a bit more with atmosphere. The best thing is the service. They allowed us early check-in as well as late check-out as our flight times didn't align with their original times. They also kept our baggage when we went out after check-out to explore a bit more. The highlight of our stay is Ramesh, the concierge as he calls himself. He is more than that for sure!, he is so welcoming, caring and very considerate. He packed some snacks, tea and drinks for us to have while we wait for the flight. He is so humble and takes the hotel's reputation to the next level.

It was my first time staying with my family in Singapore and we made the right choice to stay at Vibe Hotel. The rooms were, styled nicely, clean, tidy and good value for money. One of my kids needed to go to hospital. Anna was so approachable and friendly and booked me a room for an extra night without me having to worry about booking online. While all the staff I dealt with were friendly and competent, Wati was such a kind, supportive and capable staff member. She made me feel like I wasn't alone dealing with a sick child. She provide me with a bag of food and drinks to sustain me while my child was in hospital and told me if I feel alone to come back to the hotel and she will tell her friends working there to keep me company. Wati I really appreciate your kindness and my child is well again and we enjoyed the rest of our trip. Thank you.
