We had a wonderful experience as always. This is our 4th time visiting. Our butler Leo is one of the best. He made sure our reservations were made and kept us updated with all events. Our room was kept clean and tidy. Our concierge Geny was wonderful to work with at check in. We did not have a good experience with the Yacht as it was canceled twice due to maintenance. Over all we Temptation is one of the best resorts in Cancun. We will definitely visit again.

My experience in this hotel is always great and pleasant. But my 5 start goes to Adali. Her customer service is impeccable. She makes me feel very special and welcoming, she definitely makes sure I was pleased with my food. She works at the buffet. Am a picky eater, also am very selective with my food, but she when out of her way to satisfy my tastes. Adali made my stay unforgettable. Thank you for your great services and kindness.

I recently stayed at this resort for 5 days and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the property was beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the on-site dining, or just taking in the stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. It truly felt like a home away from home—only better! I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already thinking about my next visit. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Jair and Alberto, great waiters. Took care of us for our four day stay. Always making sure we had a full mimosa ready and helping us with our plates and giving us a great experience. Alex was our butler he is great, made sure our reservations were booked. He made sure we had all the accommodations we needed. Request him if you get the chance. Jessica checked us in via ViP check-in between the warm personality and welcoming smile. She took care of us, showing us all the amenities and everything that we can upgrade to. Make sure you grab a mimosa while you are checking in. Dani / Cinthy are massage therapist and made our 80 minute couples massage something to be remembered and cherished. I will tell my grandchildren about this massage. These are just a few of the staff that made this trip a wonderful and memorable experience, come to Temptation Resort and see for yourself.

OMG where do I begin???? I love this resort so much! They have made my birthday one to remember. My favorite ladies Odalys & Marlene took excellent care of us. They made sure all of my needs were met. Our room service from Bany was also excellent and fast! Angel was amazing with helping us navigate around the resort and helping us to our rooms. I can’t wait to come back! I already don’t want to leave lol. Amazing staff
