The Tamassa all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast at Show
  • Lunch in the hotel’s restaurants or a picnic basket for guests on excursions (24-hour notice required)
  • Dinner at Show (buffet) or Playa (a la carte, for guests staying in Superior Rooms, Ocean Superior Rooms, Tamassa Family Rooms and Family Suites) – the hotel reserves the right to close one restaurant throughout the year
  • Guests staying in Tamassa Rooms get a 20% discount at Playa for lunch and dinner (applicable on food only)
  • Afternoon tea served every day at B-Bar (3.30pm to 4.30pm)
  • Drinks in all restaurants and bars, including soft drinks, tea, coffee, beers, wines, juices, mineral water, cocktails and liquors (until 12 midnight, daily)
  • In-room tea and coffee-making facilities
  • Minibar, filled with water, juices, soft drinks and beers, refilled once a day
  • Beach and poolside service as per the hotel schedule
  • 24-hour room service (tray charge applies)
  • Yoga and stretching classes

We spent almost three weeks in Mauritius, staying in several 5-star hotels, but we have to say that Tamassa was the one where we felt most at home. The people here made us feel incredibly comfortable and truly welcomed. We stayed for five days, and out of all the hotels, this was where we experienced the warmest hospitality and built the most genuine connections with the staff. A big thank you to everyone—housekeeping, the restaurant staff, the chefs, the reception team, the photographer, etc. Each of you played a part in making our stay so special! We were also celebrating our honeymoon, and the hotel surprised us with so many thoughtful details. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything you did to make our holiday even more memorable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💜

Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. Right from the start, the warm welcoming by the staff and the arrival procedure were quick and seamless. The dining experience was a highlight, with every meal a testament to the chef's skill. Chef Edinho and Chef Kolo's dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully represented the Mauritian taste and cuisine. The seafood dinner and lunch international dishes were top notch. When the food is to the level expected, everything goes well. Chef Edinho has always been welcoming and professional during our 2 precious stays at the hotel. He's the best. The activity (dart challenge on Saturday) was super fun and helped break the ice with other guests. The singing band on Friday was on fire delivering bangers the whole night. Also not to forget bhavesh (the coffee enthusiast) who made me a super cappuccino which tasted amazing and his friend Kunal ( the bartender who made amazing drinks). There was also a waitress (sorry I forgot the name) who was super friendly and always ready to bring the best service with a beautiful smile. The service was the gold standard for hospitality. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their genuine warmth made us feel welcome and valued throughout our entire visit. We were genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by every member of the team. The only negative point to note was the sea activity which we all felt no effort was there to at least let us enjoy some of the activities included in our package. They said they were already booked for one week in advance for the glass bottom which only 2 outings were made a day for a hotel accommodating at least a hundred people. Then for other activities like paddle, they said the sea wasn't good for paddle. When I told them that there were other people doing it.. they said they were closing in 10 minutes... That was a bit disappointing... Overall good experience for the price. Our time at Tamassa Beach Resort was really enjoyable for the whole family. We will definitely come again.

The hotel is awesome.the operation manager Mr Nishad Pottyram went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged and that we felt well taken care of. His professionalism and dedication truely enhance our experience. He is very helpful and hardworking. The hotel offered excellent service with very helpful and attentive staff namely Dushan and Loana in the main restaurant. The rooms were very comfy, food was delicious and the beach was beautiful.
