I recently stayed at Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina from 12 to 19 October, and it was my third stay at this hotel — and once again, it didn’t disappoint! The property remains as elegant and welcoming as ever, with spotless rooms, great amenities, and a perfect location near the Marina. A special mention goes to Danielle, who is an exceptional host. She’s always professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, ensuring that every guest feels valued and comfortable. Her warm attitude and attention to detail truly make a difference and are part of the reason I keep coming back. Thank you to the entire Stella Di Mare team for another great experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had a fantastic stay at Stella Di Mare, but what made it truly memorable was the exceptional service from a staff member named Ozada. Every morning at breakfast, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that instantly lifted my mood and set a positive tone for the day. It’s rare to meet someone who brings so much heart and care to their role - she truly went above and beyond. The hotel itself is beautiful and I was very happy with everything during my stay, but it was Ozada’s presence that stood out the most. She is a real asset to the hotel, and her level of service is exactly what makes a 5-star experience feel personal and unforgettable. Review: Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina This hotel does not live up to a 5-star Dubai luxury experience. At best, it feels like a 3-star all-inclusive holiday where you pay for the basics. Be prepared for constant rules and restrictions — being told off for not being “covered up enough,” using the “wrong” door, or simply doing something staff decide you “can’t do.” It often felt more like following a rule book than enjoying a holiday. The pool area is overcrowded, and unless you rush through breakfast or wake up very early, you won’t find a sunbed. It gets packed quickly and isn’t relaxing. Communication is also an issue. Very few staff speak English, and neither do most of the guests. The service overall came across as unwelcoming and sometimes rude, which really put a dampener on the stay. Several times we considered checking out early to move hotels, but since my brother lives on the Marina, it was at least convenient for location. For frequent Dubai travelers like myself, I would strongly avoid this hotel. If it had been my first trip, it would have given me the wrong impression of Dubai hospitality. Unless you are specifically after a cheap, no-frills stay with rude staff, this isn’t the place for you. The only positive I can give is that the hotel is at least clean and tidy.

First and foremost! What an absolute joy it is to stay at this hotel! Service is to the top and that’s a genuine honest say! Breakfast was nonetheless nothing but very good! My stay here is still left with another 5 days to go and I don’t even feel like leaving! Due to the ambience and service which to they are other hotels but any hotel is the same! A massive shoutout to AHMED! Who served myself and a lot of other people who are staying at this hotel! But AHMED’s service was excellent with the drinks and other services he/this hotel provides! Ahmed always serves with a smile on his face! And that just makes an individual’s day! Please do give my regards to him as he kept the communication well and sweet! DON’T LET HIM GO ANYWHERE! Another 5 days to go what more can I ask for! Just an absolute brilliant experience being the first time in Dubai and could not ask for more! 🙏

An excellent modern hotel. The quality of the food, service, and overall attitude towards guests is beyond praise. 10 out of 10. A special thanks to the concierge, Bek, for his help during check-in, which allowed us to get room 2112 on the 21st floor. I would like to once again commend the entire hotel staff for their high professionalism and excellent work quality. I would love to come back here again.
