Thank you to the Club Team for the warm welcome. The room exceeded my expectations and left a lasting impression. Both Ms. Nok and Ms. Maggie provided service with utmost dedication. The breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, and I especially appreciated the freshly cut fruits available, though I missed them during lunchtime. Dinner was excellent, with a wide selection of flavorful dishes and free-flow beverages for two hours. I would like to suggest improving the tea bags provided in the suite, as they are paper sachets rather than mesh ones. The spa staff were polite and professional; I enjoyed a treatment before my departure. On the final night, I appreciated that the hotel allowed continued access to the Club Lounge until check-out. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I look forward to returning. My sincere thanks to all staff members for their warm hospitality.

Overall we really enjoyed our two night stay. It was for my birthday and they did a nice birthday message display for me and a tasty chocolate cake. Breakfast in the main restaurant was very good. We especially enjoyed the gammon ham and pressed juice. The food in the lounge had a good selection on the first night but the second had mainly seafood dishes and we do not eat seafood so that was limiting. If you were vegetarian, the options too would be limited.

We’ve stayed at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit a few times, and it’s always a fantastic experience. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Bangkok, where you can easily walk to many places. Our room with a city view was spotless, and we absolutely love the bed and pillows — so comfy that we slept like a dream! The rain shower was refreshing and made our day. The staff were exceptional from the moment we stepped in until the moment we checked out — from the concierge, front office, and housekeeping, to the club floor and restaurant team. Every single person we met was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. That’s one of the main reasons we love staying here. A special thanks to Khun Nopphon, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who made our stay even more memorable with his warm hospitality and attention to detail. Breakfast offered a wide variety of international dishes, fresh fruits, and so much more — we might need to stay an extra night next time just to try them all! We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon.

Our family stay in the hotel one night, it's very great expreience for us. We checked in at the 31st floor Platinum Lounge as excellent. We had the pleasure of dining at Bella Sera last evening, and it was an exceptional experience. Each dish was exquisitely prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. Although we had already sampled some selections at the lounge earlier, the outstanding cThe elegant ambience of the restaurant, combined with the warm yet professional service, created a truly delightful atmosphere. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Aey, Ms. Praew, Ms. Nutty, and Mr. Tus for their impeccable service and gracious hospitality. Their attentiveness made the evening truly memorable.uisine and refined service elevated the entire dining experience beyond expectation.

In general, mostly were nice. Just a little observation that I'll like to share with the hotel management : There is this female Thai restaurant staff in (blue) serving tables ( presumably a manager level?) She has been seen exhibiting different services between Western vs Non-western diners. Its actually very obvious. Whenever she sees western diners, she will get so excited and kept going back to their tables. She will greet them and laugh even though they are mostly just smiling back just to avoid any awkwardness ( greeting is good. But pls be more consistent towards all of your guests ) I'm generally generous with writing compliments to encourage and motivate staff members and front liners. But on her, it's quite a challenge. Will her senior management pls review the CCTV in the restaurant breakfast buffet timing and observe her great disparity when serving western vs Non-western guests? Its just quite amusing, isn't it? On a brighter note, I will like give praise to a female staff in the same restaurant during breakfast hour. This lady ( Im guessing she's French) is genuinely polite and very capable and extremely proactive. She is wearing grey uniform and kept a lookout for guests who need help. Once, she noticed me looking around and stepped forward to check if I needed anything. Upon learning that I'm still waiting for my peppermint tea, she swiftly extended her apologies and within secs, a freshly brewed pot of tea is brought to my table. That's service! Dear Hotel GM, pls look into this and give the deserving staff ( the one in grey uniform) a pat on the shoulder and let her know I appreciate it.
