It's not the building, views, or even the food that keep us coming back. We just completed our sixth stay here over the past 15 years and some of the same employees are still there. Getting to know the staff is truly the best part. The managers, Omar and Marvin, are running this place as if it was their own home. Always checking on guests by name, checking the food, and really caring about the experience. You will certainly find prettier rooms with fancy bathrooms all over the Caribbean, but you'll never find better hospitality and personalized service. If you want anything all, just ask. They'll do it! Special lunch? Unique drink? Just ask! They even provided coffee beans in my room so I could grind my own coffee. Those little touches make all the difference in the world.

Very luxurious and premium all inclusive resort. My wife and I have stayed here 3 times and will be back! This is an all butler Sandals property and Omar and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. You don't have to lift a finger if you don't want to. Hospitality is the name of the game at this resort! The staff know you by your name and really care about your stay. The food and entertainment is also top notch! Our room was very clean and tidy, not to mention comfortable! I love the overall layout of the resort as well as the overall size of the resort. It's a smaller resort, but it's very well done. A must stay!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Amazing Stay at Sandals Plantation! From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, our stay at Sandals Plantation was nothing short of amazing. What truly makes this resort so special are the staff — every single member of the team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making your stay unforgettable. The food is of excellent quality with an impressive range of choices to suit every taste. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and set within stunningly landscaped grounds. The beaches are pristine, raked and cleaned daily, making them the perfect place to relax and unwind. The entertainment team deserves a special mention — they organise excellent shows and activities that are varied, fun, and of outstanding quality. Every evening brings something new and enjoyable, creating such a lively and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. The Wobbly Peacock Bar is another highlight! With Garnet, the amazing chief barman, you’ll never have to ask twice — he remembers your favourite drinks before you even request them, and they’re waiting on the bar with a smile. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a great night of fun, chatting with other guests and soaking up the incredible vibe. The Butler service, which comes with every room, takes an already wonderful holiday and elevates it to something truly memorable. Every detail is thought of, and the personal touches really make a difference. A special mention must go to Omar, the General Manager, who is exceptional — he seems to know every guest by name and leads his team with warmth and professionalism. The staff’s attention to detail is outstanding; they remember the little things and your personal preferences, creating a level of service that’s second to none. All the guests are so happy, and the vibe here is truly special and unique — there’s just something magical about this place. This is a very special resort, one I would not hesitate to recommend or return to. The number of returning guests says it all! Having stayed at many Sandals resorts before, we honestly didn’t expect Plantation to exceed our expectations to this extent — but it truly did. We’ve been to various sandals and SRP is by far our favorite. The entire staff is wonderful and friendly. You feel so welcomed! I believe it all starts with Omar the GM who I cannot say enough about. The fact he knows every guest by name is amazing! He walks around and is present even made ice popsicles 😁 as I told him he should make them and did not disappoint. Our butlers, Duwainey and Richard are out of this world with class and we call them our friend!!! Another individual I want to mention is Simone who gave so much of herself not only to us but to all the guests. This is our second visit to SRP and looking forward to our next visit August 2026.
