We had a great time at Ochi! The people are fantastic there - so helpful and nice. I had the best massages of my life - Antoinette was completely amazing and Nordea was great! I was truly spoiled to have two massages in the time I was there. We also had some wonderful interactions with the staff - my favorite being Patrice, she was so kind and helpful. I recently stayed at a Sandals Ochi resort in Jamaica for a wedding and, unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hallway leading to my room had a strong sewer odor, the room appeared very dated. The bathroom tub was rusty, and overall it did not reflect the quality or luxury that Sandals promotes. One evening, I wasn’t feeling well and decided to order room service. I called the front desk to be transferred, but no one from room service answered. I tried three times, and on my last attempt, even the front desk stopped answering. Out of options, I went downstairs to the buffet. While in the lobby area, I encountered a manager named Shanice, who informed me that my particular room type does not include room service , something no one had mentioned at check-in. She apologized and assured me she would correct the situation, but I never heard from her again. No follow-up call, no check-in, no resolution. For a brand that prides itself on exceptional service, this experience was extremely disappointing. A lack of communication, poor room condition, and unfulfilled promises left a very negative impression. I expected much more from Sandals and hope management seriously reviews their customer service and maintenance standards.

Our stay here was simply amazing. The resort is beautiful and the service was excellent. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful, but we especially want to praise the entertainment team. **Rosario L** went above and beyond to make our vacation so much fun and special. He gave us a great tour of the property and made sure we understood where everything was. Rosario L, always went out of his way to say hello to us and make sure we were having a great time. We can't wait to come back.

This was my first time at a resort and in Jamaica and I had the best experience here. Everyone is so nice and I’m lucky to have met new people. Panda and Romario made my experience at the resort so much better, their fun positive energy was contagious. Akeem our photographer was amazing. He was very patient with us when taking our photos and I appreciate the helpful posing tips! Jerome was also another staff that was so kind and attentive with us. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! Most definitely coming back!
