Stayed at Rodos Palace for a long weekend with mates, honestly loved it. Rooms were clean and way bigger than I expected, bed was comfy and the AC actually worked (big plus). The pool area is huge, perfect for chilling after the beach, and the hotel’s private beach strip made it super easy to go for a swim without fighting crowds. Breakfast had loads of options, from fruit and yogurt to proper fried eggs, fuel for a full day of exploring. Location’s solid too, a short ride into Rhodes town so you get both quiet vibes and nightlife when you want it. Staff were friendly and helped sort a taxi for us when our plans changed last minute. Good value for what you get, would totally go back. 10/10. Anastasia from guest relations - yamas. Very friendly, very professional.

Recently returned from 10 days at Rodos Palace. Hotel looked good upon arrival but rooms very disappointing, old and worn. Our room was fairly clean, but my brothers was not. Lots of mould in bathroom.. Cleaners accidentally left our room door open 2 days running, I reported to reception, giving them a chance to improve. Restaurant was a nightmare !! So chaotic and noisy, not a pleasant experience. Staff very busy of course but not much welcome, a few were good...During the time we were there, there were 2 conferences a wedding, and then a Chess tournament ... Obviously this increased the numbers at mealtime, significantly. A la Carte Restaurant was good and staff lovely, only wish the 'oriental' meal had been chinese, though the Italian was very good. Staff elsewhere were very hit or miss as to attitude ! Completely 'blanked' my brother at the bar 1 night, even though he was trying to make conversation with them. Some staff were very rude to guests, thankfully not us, but could be overheard at the pool bar being very nasty. Unfortunately, We will not return to this hotel, and couldn't honestly recommend. I get it some people enjoyed it, but the bad outweighed the good for us.

An amazing experience!!! My partner and I's trip was right in the middle of August, and even with it being the high-season, everything was top notch. The view is gorgeous, the food is great, the rooms and common areas luxurious, and the staff is pristine. Ms Eirini at the VIP lounge was especially welcoming and accommodating. The spa is very nice as well. The location offers proximity to the city centre w/o all the noise of one, and a plethora of amazing restaurants in walkable distance (it is quite a walk to the city centre though so a car/cab/etc is preferable in that case). There are also small shops in the hotel which is very convenient and their staff is really kind as well. We barely got to see half of what the hotel has to offer, but everything we did was impeccable. Would definitely recommend!!!

I tried to find good things but it made my stay really awful for a few reasons: * health. I arrived tot he hotel and stayed for 2 nights on the 2nd floor. Caught viral infection having cough for a few months now. Changed rooms to the 6th floor from the 2nd attempt; *Irina, Manager, never showed up, she was hiding and sending her team to excuse her for 4 DAYS. Heard her speaking language I understand. Terrible experience, find a new manager. You cannot discuss luggage clothes and people whilst they stay there for 7 days. That is a discrimination. *Laundry, reception didn't know how laundry service works. Picked up dirty clothes on the 2nd day after they just kept it with themselves instead of giving it for a clean. They were looking at us not knowing what to do. Sorry for people but not for what they must know. *tomorrow tomorrow for everything you ask within ALL INCLUSIVE. I stayed without 3 nice lunches as it was always booked, again, a lady sitting at the desk was finding excuses of how NOT to book us *evening agenda was nice but I was ill to attend it most of the times *location is nice *cleaners were very friendly. This is an asset to them. As a result, I love Greece and weather, but I gained more negative issues rather than positive, and still recover from it.

Plop Fester

Wonderful two weeks spent here. Very clean premises. Hard working staff. Beautiful location. Two minute walk to a lovely beach (need beach shoes entering the sea due to stones). Sea is lovely to swim in. Good food choices. All fresh and large variety. Pool areas clean and hotel is very comfortable. Our room may have been due an update as some things are quite worn but nothing to detract from all the plus points here. There's some excellent staff who work here and I would definitely return.
