I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The entire property was spotless – from the lobby to the rooms, everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It really made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options, and the on-site restaurants served delicious meals with excellent presentation. You can tell a lot of care goes into the kitchen here. The staff were exceptional – always friendly, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. From check-in to check-out, everyone made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. The only minor downside was the beach hours. It closed quite early at 5:30 PM, which felt a bit limiting, especially during such beautiful evenings. It would be great if access could be extended just a little longer. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return. The experience was well worth it!

Absolutely loved our experience here! The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and give a real “cruise ship” feel with stunning views all around. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful — they truly make you feel special. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The free access to Meryal Waterpark was a huge bonus, and the complimentary shuttle to Place Vendôme Mall made everything so convenient. It’s also a perfect destination for families — very kids-friendly with plenty of fun programs to keep children entertained. Loved the separate pools for adults, families, and kids — great for everyone to relax their own way. Highly recommend for a perfect family getaway in Qatar

Nice resort, where all can enjoy Spacious room with sea and water park view. Unfortunately our room is connected to next and noise can be heard all times. All staff are helpful and supportive. Breakfast was good, but dinner was under expectations.

Me and my family had an absolutely fantastic stay! We booked two double family rooms with breakfast and stayed for two weeks. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. The valet team, security, and concierge — especially Ghazi, Joseph, and Azeem — were superb throughout our stay. A special mention also goes to Mr. Ali, the head of security, who was always nearby to make sure we were well looked after. The reception team were equally wonderful — too many names to list, but every single one of them was welcoming, helpful, and professional. At breakfast, the experience was excellent every morning. The chefs, Mr. Yatim and Ahmed, along with the waiting staff — Mr. Ali, Zaynep, Patricia, and Khushnu, just to name a few — were fantastic. The food was fresh, tasty, and constantly replenished. The waterpark was another highlight! It’s huge, with plenty of rides to enjoy and beaches perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Again, the staff there were amazing — always friendly and attentive. From the warm welcome by Clifford and Thalo at the entrance, to Teresa and Mohammed by the jet skis, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The lifeguards deserve a special mention for their care and attentiveness, particularly Salim, Suleman, and Zaynab. Apologies if I’ve missed anyone — every single member of the team was exceptional and made our stay truly memorable. Thank you all so much! Bilal, Saira, Haashim, and Hassan
