The food was excellent. All the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Especially noteworthy are the bartender Putu, Frank at the pool, and Ali. Hakeem always had a funny remark ready. We would love to come back. As a small suggestion for improvement, we’d say a few more vegetarian options, like veggie burgers, would be great. We’d be happy to return and can absolutely recommend the hotel.

One aspect that stood out the most was the Housekeeping team — they maintained the room and common areas with remarkable attention to detail. Every corner of the room was spotless, well-arranged, and refreshed daily with great care. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, from the lobby to the pool area and restaurants. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring guests always enjoy a fresh, hygienic, and welcoming environment. An Unforgettable Lunch with Friends at the Farmhouse – Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha! I recently had lunch at the Farmhouse restaurant in Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha with a group of friends, and it was such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant and welcoming atmosphere, stylish décor, warm lighting, and a relaxed vibe that made it the perfect spot for catching up and enjoying good food. The lunch was absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. You could really tell how much care went into the preparation, from starters to dessert, everything was top-notch. A special shoutout to Ada, our amazing waitress, who truly made the experience memorable. She was attentive, friendly, and made us all feel so comfortable. Her genuine smile and great recommendations added such a personal touch to our afternoon. It’s not easy to find a place that combines excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere, but the Farmhouse at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha does it perfectly. My friends and I left full, happy, and already planning our next visit!

Review of Rixos Gulf Hotel I booked a last-minute trip with a friend and decided to stay at the Rixos Gulf. Unfortunately, my initial experience at reception was disappointing, and breakfast on the first morning was quite stressful. The person in charge was shouting loudly when directing customers and his staff , and the team looked visibly distressed. I shared my feedback with him, and he mentioned that he had only recently joined and was trying to improve the breakfast service to achieve a 5-star experience for guests. However, breakfast should be a calm and pleasant environment, even when it’s busy or full of children — this was not the level of service I expected. At around 1.30 in the afternoon I went back to reception to check if our room was ready I noticed the Assistant Front Office Manager Qais Shaheen on how attentively he handled another guest and decided to speak with him directly about my concerns. Qais listened carefully and immediately took action to improve our stay. His professionalism and genuine care turned my experience around. I would also like to mention Shakeel, the pool attendant, who was exceptionally helpful, and Chakra at the pool bar, who provided fantastic service throughout my stay. I’ve traveled to many countries, and I still believe Dubai leads the way in hospitality. At Rixos Gulf, a handful of people truly lived up to that standard — especially the team members I’ve mentioned. My friends and I recently had breakfast at the Farmhouse restaurant in Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha, and it was an absolutely lovely experience! The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, the perfect place to start the day together. The restaurant’s stylish décor, natural light, and peaceful ambiance created such a refreshing setting for a morning catch-up. The breakfast spread was incredible! From freshly baked croissants and pancakes to a variety of healthy options, every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The coffee was rich and smooth, just what we needed to kickstart our day! A special thanks to Ada, our amazing waitress, who made our morning even more enjoyable. She was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and positive energy really added to the experience. If you’re in Doha and looking for a place to enjoy a relaxed and delicious breakfast with friends, I highly recommend the Farmhouse at Rixos Gulf Hotel. Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service — it’s the perfect recipe for a memorable morning!
