What an amazing place! We relaxed as soon as arrived as we didn’t have to stand at a reception desk to check-in, but sit on a beautiful sofa with a juice the hotel had made in a wonderful relaxing area. The hotel messaged us ahead of time to check roughly when we would be arriving. We loved this as it meant we could go to our villa within half an hour of arriving, even though it was early morning. The attention to detail is incredible but not over the top. They have everything just right. The staff are absolutely wonderful! The breakfast team made sure we had a banquet everyday and on our last day presented us with a beautiful cake and message. The housekeeping team were fabulous and couldn’t do anymore to make our villa perfect for us. Special thanks to Mizan and his team for the inflatables for the pool, which made it much more fun and for keeping us topped up with lots of water! We loved that all the hotel products were Eco Friendly, not a piece of plastic insight which made a refreshing change. We had one meal in the restaurant which was fantastic and two in-room meals. Everything was just perfect and thank you to all the chefs who created superb food for our entire stay. It has been years since my husband and I have been this relaxed on a holiday, everything was just perfect and we can’t thank everyone enough for this. Nothing was too much trouble and we really do hope we can return very soon.

I had an exceptional experience with Devina in Ycon cafe. Her unique service truly stood out, making us feel incredibly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The coffee she prepared was nothing short of perfect rich, flavorful, and expertly crafted. Devina not only met our expectations but exceeded them, creating an experience that was delightful in every way. Highly recommend her service. I also want to thank Palma restaurant for their excellent service and delicious food, the warm welcome and teamwork from the staff were outstanding. A special thanks to everyone, from the smallest employee to the chef. Finally, I appreciate Raffles for creating such a luxurious and serene environment for our dinner and coffee. Highly recommend both places.👌🏾

Wow – what an amazing stay! Honestly, the team at this villa made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived until the time we left. Everything was spotless, super organized, and filled with positive energy. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful, dining service was perfect, and we were always greeted with smiles. Big shoutout to Sangy (hope I spelled that right!) for being so kind, and to Badriyah who picked us up with a golf car, gave us a quick tour, and made us feel so welcome. When we checked out, the Charge Manager even came to our car with a gift – such a beautiful gesture! We’ve traveled to many places around the world, but this level of service is rare. Truly above 5 stars – thank you to everyone for making our stay unforgettable.

If I could put zero stars, I would. But here we are. I came to visit over the weekend for my friend’s birthday, she booked the villa and clearly mentioned there would be a few visitors for her birthday to celebrate, with only three of us staying overnight. Everything seemed fine until we arrived, suddenly we were told there was a 10 PM curfew. Then our friends called saying they weren’t being let in unless we paid 500 SAR per person just to stay until 10 PM. This was never mentioned before booking and during checking in. Although we had a small accident on the comforter, which we apologized for, we still made sure to clean up as best as we can we bought trash bags, packed everything neatly, and left the place about 80% clean. They also took the 1,000 SAR deposit we paid because our friends stayed after 10, which again, was never clearly explained beforehand. When we tried to discuss it, they said we had “signed the paper” that mentioned it. But honestly, it’s their responsibility to explain the rules properly before having guests sign anything. We weren’t in a courtroom? we were guests, and basic communication is part of good service. We did our due diligence and they should have done theirs at least. We had no problem paying for an extra room if needed, but the lack of clarity and the way this was handled was just disappointing and frustrating. Not coming back again.
