⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience! Had an absolutely wonderful time at The Toads & Pub today! The staff Michiko n team were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to help us choose the perfect meal for the day. They made our visit extra special by arranging a surprise birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful n loving gesture. A special shoutout to Michiko, who was simply Outstanding — warm, professional, and full of positive energy. We truly enjoyed her service and hospitality. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

I had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn Hotel near Dubai International Airport. The location is very convenient for transit passengers, just a short drive from the terminals. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for a quick stay. Staff were courteous and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The hotel also offers good dining options and amenities for a layover. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience close to the airport. On the Service Part i have given 1 star because the main reason behind it is the Travel Support Lady Seated today 27/09/2025 Morning. We just asked for information on Taxi , but she insisted in booking the taxi by herself stating it shall be normal booking and asked us pay her at hotel only so that taxi drivers wont demand more money from us.. she took 230 AED from us , later when we took ride the meter reading came up to 160 AED .. Fun part is driver was laughing when he heard about this.. TRUTH IS TAXIS IN DUBAI WONT DEMAND OR CHARGE MORE MONEY FROM ITS CUSTOMERS AS TRAVELERS LIKE ARE THEIR BREAD AND BUTTER .. BUT THE MIDDEL PERSON LIKE THE ONE AT THE HOTEL BRINGS BAD NAME TO A GOOD HOTEL AND MOREOVER BRINGS BAD PERCEPTION ABOUT DUBAI.. SO A HUGE CALL OUT TO THE MANAGEMENT OF Premier Inn Dubai International Airport Hotel to TAKE ACTION ON THE LADY WHO WAS AT THE TRAVEL DESK TODAY AT YOUR HOTEL... IT MAY BE SMALL AMOUNT , BUT JUST THINK WHAT KIND OF LIKE FEELING OR EXPERIENCE WILL IT GIVES ABOUT THE HOTEL .. CAUTIONING TO ALL OTHERS TRAVELERS WHO ARE STAYING OR PLANNING TO STAY AT Premier Inn Dubai International Airport Hotel..

We stayed here overnight during our Dubai layover with our two young kids, and honestly I was blown away by how good the breakfast was. You don’t usually expect much from airport hotels, but this totally surprised me in the best way. The buffet had so much variety - full English breakfast, Arabic dishes, Asian options, Indian food, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt - basically something for everyone. But what really stood out was the quality. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. My kids actually ate a proper healthy breakfast instead of just picking at things! The real stars though were the wait staff. Sharath, Jean, Beth, and Trikina were absolutely wonderful. They were so attentive and friendly, especially with our kids. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. They kept checking on us, refilling drinks, and were just really warm and welcoming. If you’re flying through Dubai and need an airport hotel, I can’t recommend this place enough. The food quality genuinely impressed me and the staff made it even better. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re passing through!
