We stayed here for three nights in a Junior Suite and were very satisfied with our experience. 1. Facilities & Environment: The resort has been recently renovated, so everything feels fresh and very clean. We often saw staff tidying up the streets and common areas, which kept the whole place spotless. The resort has plenty of ramps and elevators, making it very stroller-friendly — a huge plus for families with young children. 2. Food: We dined at two different restaurants, and the food was excellent. The main restaurant offered a great variety with a different menu every day, so you never get bored even during a longer stay. There’s also a well-thought-out kids’ menu with lots of choices, which is super convenient for families. The seafood at Acropolis Restaurant was of very high quality and absolutely delicious. 3. Service: From the reception staff to the cleaners to the restaurant servers, everyone we met was friendly, smiling, and eager to help. The service felt warm, professional, and consistent throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing four-day, three-night stay. This resort truly lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly destination. There are daily activities for both adults and kids, and the children’s facilities are excellent. We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the outstanding attention to detail that made our visit truly memorable. The culinary experience was fantastic - every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff demonstrated genuine hospitality and professionalism throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The housekeeping team maintained impeccable standards, with our room being spotless and perfectly arranged each day. What truly set this hotel apart was the meticulous care evident in every aspect of our experience. From the thoughtful room amenities to the prompt and friendly service, it’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Five stars!

The hotel is way more than we expected. The location is phenomenal, rooms are impeccably clean (they clean them thoroughly every day), and the food! The food is oh so good. Two bars are strategically placed, and service is high level. All of the staff are very polite, and they are working around the clock to serve the guests. Few highlights: 1. The beach is excellent and just by the hotel and sun-beds are included in the price (not always the case even with AI booking)! 2. Hotel is beautiful and staff are always ready to help. Regarding the restaurant there is a manager called Sia who is smart and sensitive to guests’ needs, so if there’s anything, she solves it rapidly, next to the other staff; 3. Bar has great cocktails and drinks; 4. The pool is very clean and lifeguards are attentive. 5. The hotel has its large free parking , which helps a lot! The only thing that would need improvement is to make the snacks outside the meal times more accessible.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the service was outstanding, and evey detail was taken care of. We’ve stayed at many places, but this one truly stands out as the best. Not to forget the breakfast, lunch, dinner and the drink at the bar was great and great. The children animation group and more and more we loved the Greek night with the beautiful lady and the most handsome gentleman there voice songs were soooooo beautiful we missed them. We chose this hotel for our first sea trip with our year-old son. The place is super kids friendly! Activities, cleanliness, organization, choice of food, everything. We liked it all, nothing more to wish for for tired parents with a super active toddler. Especially we liked the restaurant and its personnel - Melina, Ira, Marina and the manager Sia, always smiling, always friendly, keeping the place clean and welcoming. I hope we return again!
