Writing this review right in the lobby of the hotel. Everything was great except: - The room just smells. The odor smells like a combination of mould and urine, comes every few hours out of nowhere and can be quite unbearable. Once it came midnight when we were asleep. Other times it came in the day time but we can escape outside. Just not ideal. - The staff could have been more direct in their communication. If they don't feel like talking with me, just tell me and I can just leave. However, e.g. the guest experience lady who spent 15 minutes to service the guest in front me couldn't have been more impatient by repeatedly saying "vale?" despite I still had my questions unanswered. The staff at Hobby Bar was even more impatient. When I tried to ask for something, he just raised his hands and stopped me. - There could have been a coworking desk / corner with some laptop friendly, height-appropriate setup. Understand it's a holiday resort but most hotels do offer such facilities in the lobby... - Parking could have been optimized. There are at least 3 cars last night that occupied two parking spots. So we were forced to park somewhere outside.

Great place to stay on Mallorca. Went with a group of friends and found the facilities were great such as the all inclusive, tennis courts, and restaurants. Evening entertainment was also great and they had a jumbo tv screen to watch sports. Would have been a 5 but was a bit let down by the ducks that they allowed to go in the swimming pool.

An amazing, high-quality resort with great swimming, cycling, tennis, spa and other activities. Excellent apartments, great restaurants, all just 25m from the beach. Area around resort campus is designated nature reserve. Best location I have stayed at - superb nearby cycling routes. Staff, food and drinks also top class.

I've stayed here a few times for cycling holidays and its very good. We go all inclusive as it works very well for our large groups, everyone has the option of doing what they want. Maxi, the duty manager, is always super helpful if you need anything and the staff are very accommodating. Some of our group have also used for family holidays as the facilities cover everything you'd want. Very good hotel and will be returning next year.

It was our second stay at this hotel (we normally go for an all inclusive Village suite with Spa access) and we loved it both times. The hotel is located near a beautiful nature reserve and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and the presence of ducks and other animals. The suite itself was spacious and comfortable and was cleaned daily. The food and drinks were of good quality and we especially enjoyed the poolside restaurant. There were no queues at mealtime or for the spa. We also easily found available loungers in our favourite spot by the pool. Customer service at the hotel was outstanding, with friendly staff who often went out of their way to assist when needed. We were celebrating a special occasion and the events coordinator helped us make it special. We will definitely come back!
