Absolutely wonderful experience! Aquafan Hotel is simply amazing — the all-inclusive offer is perfect for families, friends, and groups. I’ve stayed here several times, and every visit has been just as great as the last. The staff are always kind, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Mrs. Fatiha for her optimism, warm attitude, and excellent service. I always feel welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel — 5 stars without hesitation!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived! The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and professional service. A special thank you to Zak, the public relations agent who welcomed us with such kindness and care. We arrived right after the buffet had closed, and he went out of his way to make sure we didn’t leave hungry he personally arranged a fruit basket for us. That small gesture meant so much and showed how attentive and thoughtful he is toward guests. Throughout our stay, Zak was incredibly professional, helpful, and always made sure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuine in hospitality. Thanks to him, we felt truly taken care of and at home. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

We spent 10 nights here and had a really great family holiday. The hotel is advertised as a 4 star and I’d say it’s on the lower end. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel it’s just lacking some luxury touches that you get from a higher end 4 star. Firstly the hotel is spotlessly clean - there is always people readily on hand to help you should you need it. The staff are fantastic - super helpful and cheerful (minus the odd barman). Special mention to Mido and Wael in the animation team who was fantastic. The animation team in particular kept the fun going daily and always took time to circle the pool to say good morning to everyone. The rooms are basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our bathroom was a bit dated and could have done with an update but it wasn’t a big deal. They don’t re-fill your minibar with water or your coffee station you need to ask which is a big annoying. The food was varied and tasty if a bit samey but that can be said of most all inclusives. It’s the first place I’ve been where they don’t take your drinks order at the table which meant the buffet restaurant was chaos! Breakfast and lunch isn’t too bad but dinner wasn’t a pleasant experience. The waterpark is amazing - it’s huge if you get bored here then there is something wrong with you!!! My son and husband had a fantastic time. We went to visit souks which is a must do if you’re in Marrakech. In conclusion you can’t go much wrong here it’s a great family hotel and you’ll have a lot of fun.

They were always friendly, approachable, and made sure guests of all ages felt included. The kids loved the games and mini disco, while the adults had a great time with the sports, pool activities, and entertainment. What really stood out was how genuine and hardworking the team was — they weren’t just doing a job, they truly cared about creating a great experience. Their creativity, sense of humor, and enthusiasm made the atmosphere at the hotel so lively. A huge thank you to the whole animation crew for making our holiday so special. We’ll definitely come back, and the animation team will be one of the biggest reasons why!

The entertainment at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Marrakech is incredible! The animation team is full of positive energy and always makes sure everyone is having fun. From pool games and dance sessions to evening shows and parties, there’s never a dull moment. A special mention goes to the Dj and entertainer Wael , who brings so much life to the hotel! His music, energy, and interaction with the guests create an unforgettable atmosphere every day. Whether he’s playing the best tracks by the pool or hosting activities, Wael knows exactly how to make everyone smile and dance.
