Our holiday was amazing from start to finish! The cleanliness of the entire resort was incredible – the staff were constantly on top of everything, keeping the grounds spotless. Our room was cleaned daily, and the beds were changed regularly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were absolutely fantastic – we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling; nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was great with plenty of variety, including lots of options for the children. Nobody could possibly go hungry! The slides and water parks were brilliant – fun for all age groups, from kids to adults. The only small downside was that the evening entertainment finished at 10pm due to noise complaints, which was a bit of a shame. But honestly, there was so much to do during the day that we were never bored. We had the most amazing time and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable holiday!

I usually can't stay in any hotel, especially when it's Inclusive ,for more than 4 days, but in this wonderful hotel we stayed for 9 beautiful days, the restaurant food was delicious and varied. The workers and chefs are wonderful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and tidy and cleaned every day. The water games are wonderful. We spent the most beautiful days in it. Finally, thanks to the reception staff, especially Ahmed, who was very cooperative and cared about the comfort of the hotel guests.

Five stars are not enough to describe how amazing my experience was at this resort in Sharm! Everything was absolutely perfect – quality, cleanliness, service, attention to detail… I felt truly welcomed and cared for every single moment. The young man who cleaned my room was an artist – every day he surprised me with a new towel creation, a little masterpiece that truly warmed my heart 💖. The food was delicious, varied and abundant… and the desserts? Out of this world! 🍰😍 The pools were super fun and well maintained, and every area was spotless. A special thank you to the entire staff – always smiling, helpful, cleaning, serving, and making everything feel effortless. They made my holiday fantastic and unforgettable. If I ever return to Sharm, this will definitely be my place to come back to. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🌞💛🌴

Room cleaning Services very good. Ahmed Mohamed was really great cleaning guy, each day new towel animal waiting in the room. Totally: the room was very old ( at least room we had), really old refrigerator, the sink not functioning- water staying in it, hot water - time to time available, room as such old, shower broken- barely holding on wall, soap dispenser not working, soap leaking of floor. Food: tasty, but no options to choose from, cakes and bakery - really silly place, old cakes staying for two days at lest no one eating as all cakes - same taste. End of October- seems to be that there is not enough people to serve, as all territory is big but - there is no food options, no drink options. You can get only bear, wine and sodas, no one can make normal cocktail.. from concept perspective can’t really understand the main idea - kid hotel with water park- but then - no cocktails for children, no children meal, no children corners for eating, no separate zones for smokers and NON smokers as everyone around is smoking and you need to sit in smoke with family. Aqua park - every slide is forbidden for children younger that 5-6 years and 120cm, then you should this mention somewhere just to now, that almost all slides are for older children. You have possibility to visit hotel near - but situation is pretty the same, In hotel it is hard to find WC, there is no signs in the territory. There is push and pull sighs on all doors - wrongly displayed. There is bus to the beach - it looks really poor… I would like to say that we decided to visit this hotel because of pints in booking but it is totally no 9,3… Something like 7, not more…. If we compere with other pickalbatros hotels… There is a lot of family’s from Alzhiria or something similar and they are really loud - yelling, creating a mess everywhere.. not the best experience for us and if looking on other people faces - the same, this fact was really disturbing. We have been in several Pickalbatros hotels and this is the worst experience, as mentioned above only the cleaning guy was great! 👍 P.S. forgot our hat somewhere, no one returned. Feeling so sad for this as well.

The staff were some of the most friendly people I've ever met. The waiters bar men and life guards literally couldn't do enough for you. The room wasn't the greatest. Very dated and quite small especially the second room which was to sleep two people it had a bunk bed and enough room to walk out of the sliding door. It was cleaned to a very high standard everyday the cleaner was amazing but the actual room wasnt the best. Also had two incidents of leaking water coming through the ceiling vent from the air conditioning unit so had to call reception and wait for worker to come and fix it. The food was nice pretty much the same thing most evenings but what was there was nice. The entertainment wasnt the best. There is a VR/Games room which is pretty cool also pool tables outside which you have to pay for either by the hour or 30 minutes which was surprising being an all inclusive hotel. Overall good holiday lovely staff but the entertainment and rooms need work
