Very nice resort in Nusa Dua. Modern artsy vibes. Good for young people or seniors. Not the best for young kids vs other resorts due to lack of kids facilities. But I feel that's the vibe they're going for. The staff were very good and professional. Prices are reasonable for a luxury experience here.

We’ve just returned from a 6-night stay at The Mulia, and it’s safe to say this place is still as incredible as it was two years ago. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating my recent (temporary) eye issues in which changing our linen daily was no concern for them. The room is absolute luxury containing a spa bath on the balcony, an automatic toilet in the bathroom and a super comfy bed. My only complaint with the room that has changed since our last visit is the shampoo and conditioner is now locked down in the shower. This makes it annoying to wash your hair with someone like me who has thick hair or if you have kids/babies and they need to have a bath, the shampoo and conditioner is then inaccessible as it’s locked in the shower. The food is amazing, at breakfast you can order as many dishes as you want off the menu. And the afternoon tea is something we all looked forward to each day with two hours of cocktails and high tea. The pools that only The Mulia guests can access are well maintained. All staff are extremely hospitable and helpful, a special shout-out to Debi and Wijana, who took extra special care of us. Please don’t change a thing, The Mulia. You’ve perfected the art of hospitality, and that’s why we’ll keep coming back

Really liked this hotel but not sure about value for money. Although water is provided free in the rooms, it's around 10000 rp in the restaurants. The food was ok but had to return the meal in the Japanese restaurant as it was pretty far from tasty or the description. The pools were very shallow and there always seemed to be a lot of cigarette smoke around the pool bars, no matter how many kids or non-smokers were about. Buffet had lots of interesting items, but would have loved some salmon sushimi in the Japanese area.

Dear Manager Randy and Mr. Santiko, I’m writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at The Mulia Resort, which unfortunately fell far below the expectations of a five-star property. First of all, the parking situation was extremely inconvenient. The parking area is far from the main lobby, and there was no valet service available, which is quite surprising for a resort of this level. Guests should not have to walk such a distance, especially when carrying luggage, just to reach the reception area. Upon arrival, the check-in process was unacceptably slow. I had to wait around 30 minutes before finally getting my room, with very little communication or assistance from the staff during that time. There was no sense of urgency or hospitality; it felt like the team was simply following procedure without caring about the guest’s comfort. To make matters worse, I was asked to place a deposit of 2 million IDR, which would only be refunded a month later. This policy makes no sense for a luxury resort and leaves guests feeling mistrusted and inconvenienced. And shockingly, there was no welcome drink offered, something that even three-star hotels in Bali consistently provide. For a five-star property claiming world-class service, this is completely unacceptable. Overall, the front office staff showed a lack of basic hospitality and training. They seemed unaware of how to make guests feel welcome or appreciated. The entire experience felt cold and transactional, not warm and luxurious as The Mulia brand promises. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, because at the moment, this resort is not living up to its reputation. I had high expectations, but the service and procedures I encountered were nowhere near five-star standards.

Superb hotel, beautiful location, outstanding staff service. All staff members were amazing. Special thanks to Icka (Harnika)(I hope my spelling is correct), a lady from one of the restaurant (At “The Cafe”)who provided marvellous assistance service when we came for dinner. She is very polite, outstanding skills and helped us with dinner. My kid was already bit irritated after long distance travel and long day out on both times, I thought we would not enjoy our dinner at this restaurant. But, Icka is truly a people person, she helped my Bub to calm down, let him choose his dish, with her magical skills my bub got impressed and got exited to have dinner. dinner was super delicious and we all enjoyed our dinner. Thanks a lot Ika and team for fabulous outstanding work and services. Greatly appreciated. 😊🙏🏼
