Lovely hotel. We found the food to be good, especially the two Al La carte restaurants that we found to be fantastic. The pools were all good and although cool they were warm enough to swim in. Location on the beach was great. Not much around but we go taxis to nearby places to visit which was easy and cheap. Cleaners everyday and we had no issues with cleaning in the room or around the hotel. Great stay, we would return.

Just come back from the most incredible week at Mitsis Cretan Village. SUCH a wonderful hotel for us and our children 6,6 &8. Would fully recommend. Probably the best hotel we've stayed at, it has everything for children. Beach was lonely and the rocks are honestly not a problem. Staff very friendly and whole hotel has everything you could need! Only slight downside was the pool was quite cold but the sea was lovely and warm so more than enough to do! Lovely lovely week, thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Mitsis Cretan Village — everything from the atmosphere to the hospitality was top-notch! The highlight of our trip was definitely the bar staff, who made every evening special. A huge thank you to Mohanand, Eleini, Maria, and Fotis — they were all incredibly friendly, professional, and full of positive energy, especially remembering I like my drinks STRONG and even letting my try Fotis’ bartenders special! They always had a smile on their faces, remembered our favourite drinks, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their service truly made our holiday unforgettable! The drinks were fantastic, the entertainment was great fun, and the whole place had such a warm and relaxed vibe. We can’t recommend this hotel enough — if you’re visiting Crete, definitely stay here and make sure to spend some time at the bar with this amazing team! 🍹🇬🇷

We had an amazing week here in October! Weather was just right. The facilities were top notch and definitely boarding more of a 4.5 star! It had a lovely traditional feel about it and you felt at home. Food, for an all inclusive, was so varied and tasty! We didn’t get bored at all! Bar staff were SO lovely! Special mention to Maria! Our favourite person! She really did take the time to talk to us and really make us feel special. It’s the things like that which keep people coming back. Location is very nice! I only placed 4 because you will need a cab or bus to get to Old Hersonissos or new town Hersonissos but that’s it. Apart from that, amazing peaceful location with stunning beaches and walks. All staff were lovely and helpful. The animation team were SO much fun! Marcone was a burst of life and energy! So funny and made each night a good laugh! We would definitely come back. We’ve been to Kos, Rhodes and Crete and this island definitely has a lot of beauty. Stay here and you’ll be in the perfect spot to have a wonderful holiday. 7 days was not enough!

We want to thank you for a wonderful holiday. Exceptionally nice and helpful staff. Excellent food, clean beach, pools and surroundings. Plenty of sunbeds. Excellent animation team led by Marco, we enjoyed the pool work out and music quiz the most. We would like to come back next year, please have more dumbbells of different weights in the gym (15 - 30 kg).
