We had an unforgettable stay at Maya Ubud! The resort is surrounded by breathtaking scenery—lush greenery, serene river views, and peaceful nature everywhere you look. It truly feels like a tranquil escape in the heart of Ubud. The highlight of our trip was definitely the couple’s spa experience. It was simply amazing—peaceful, romantic, and incredibly relaxing. The therapists were so professional and attentive, and the ambiance made it feel like a dream. Hands down, it was the best spa experience we’ve ever had. A special thank you to Sutrisna & Parka, the head staff member, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. All staff were very warm and welcoming, the facilities were beautifully maintained, and every moment felt special. We can’t wait to come back again—highly recommend Maya Ubud to anyone looking for a luxurious and scenic getaway!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maya Ubud Resort, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff are incredibly humble and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure every guest feels comfortable and well cared for. A special mention to Pak Parka, Pak Sutrisna, Bu Erna, Bli Sadewa and others the food & beverage team – they were outstanding throughout my stay. Every interaction felt sincere, and their attention to detail made each meal a delight. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of both local and international options, all fresh and beautifully presented. Whether you're a fan of traditional Balinese dishes or prefer Western-style breakfast, there's something for everyone. The team’s professionalism and friendly attitude made dining at the resort one of the highlights of my visit. It's clear that the F&B staff take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of service and food. I highly recommend Maya Ubud to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat with top-tier service. I’m already looking forward to returning!

The most wonderful 3 nights here at Maya Ubud. The place is magical, jungle is amazing. To wake to the views, animals and sounds of the jungle is magnificent. The room was amazing and the service from the team was amazing. A special mention has to be made to our butler Puspa. He was the shining light of the stay at Maya Ubud. He supported us and made our stay a joy. Nothing was too much and his manner superb. I would recommend this place not only for a 3 night stay but also much longer. Thank you Puspa and the team!

We had a fun and relaxing stay at Maya Ubud Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were helpful and polite. Special mention to the butler team — Darmen, Rani, and Aris — for assisting us so well. We truly enjoyed swimming in the stunning pools, and strolling around the beautiful grounds was equally delightful. I even joined a morning yoga session, which I liked very much. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options, and their pastries — especially the croissants — are highly recommended. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we hope to be back in the future. The hotel is just beautiful, scenery, views, food & service. Sutrisna and his whole team work so hard to give you the perfect holiday. The staff really make this resort. The buffet breakfast is amazing and also has a la carte options included. Every meal and cocktail we had was so good. Pools and Spa also very nice. We will definitely return.
