Dubai! The service was incredible from start to finish, and they really know how to treat Marriott Bonvoy members right. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make everything smooth and enjoyable. The executive lounge is a great spot to relax, and the gym is fantastic—with great equipment, a sauna, and showers that made my workouts even better. Breakfast was absolutely top-tier with plenty of variety from south Asian, Chinese to American and Mediterranean options to choose from. It was also really convenient having a 24-hour convenience store on-site and easy guest parking. Overall, this hotel totally exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Dubai!

I had a wonderful stay at Marriott Al Jaddaf – super comfortable and relaxing! The highlight for me was definitely the food at Marketplace Restaurant. For Halloween, they prepared an amazing seafood buffet with so many delicious options, and the themed desserts were absolute works of art. Staff is so friendly and nice. Such a lovely experience! 🎃🦐🍰

I recently stayed at Marriott Al Jaddaf in Dubai and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the Assistant Guest Relations Manager, Jonirose Layo. During my stay, I asked several times for the Marriott Customer Service phone number, and instead of simply providing it, she repeatedly avoided my request. First, she told me I could contact customer support through the app. When I asked if the number was listed there, she said no. I asked again, and she offered me her business card instead. When I clarified that I wanted the corporate customer service number, she said it was “on the internet.” After several more back-and-forth exchanges, she mentioned that it was a “toll” and “international” number—but still refused to give it directly. Only after I persisted did she finally open her computer, search the number online, and write it on the back of her business card. This process took far longer than necessary and her dismissive, condescending attitude made the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. Her colleague, "Anuj," was there to witness this debacle. I may not be spelling his name correctly, so please forgive me. What is more disappointing is that I was traveling with a large group who rented out the Zabeel Ballroom Friday evening for a large event hosted by my organization, Kappa Alpha Psi. We spent too much money with the Marriott brand for me to experience such disappointing customer service from Jonirose, the Assistant Guest Relations Manager during my checkout. This may seem like a small matter but it reflects a larger issue of a lack of tolerance and equality that is upheld in the UAE and Dubai. For a property carrying the Marriott name, this level of service and attitude from a manager is unacceptable. Guests should never be made to feel dismissed for making a simple request. I hope hotel management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue so that future guests are treated with the courtesy and professionalism expected from a Marriott property. Manel, at the front desk, was very helpful when I checked in. There was an issue with the reservation rate and she corrected it immediately and even gave me a restaurant recommendation for an Algerian restaurant nearby. Please commend/promote her for her efforts. All of the housekeeping staff and the luggage handlers were amazing. Such a great job! I did not receive a Marriott survey after my stay so I am left with the option of voicing my concerns here on this platform. Please train your staff to treat all guests equally and with true grace and hospitality, regardless of their race or ethnicity. As a doctor, perhaps I should have dressed like a doctor to receive the customer service that I expect. Thank you.

Been living here in Marriot Executive Apartments for over 4 years. Overall a comfortable experience. The rentals are a bit steep considering it is in Al Jaddaf and not downtown. The service staff is excellent. Happy with the front office and the maintenance team efficiency and promptness. No doubt the location proximity to both the airport and old Dubai is an advantage. Restaurant food in the hotel could be better.

I attended the Halloween brunch today at The Market Place in Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, and it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was festive and full of energy, and the seafood selection was super fresh and delicious. Great variety, excellent service, and overall a truly memorable experience
