Absolutely loved our stay. Our room was lovely, comfortable, clean. House keeping team were excellent, always pleasant. Restaurant, good, varied menu, even a fussy eater could find something. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Bar staff pleasant. Pools a bit chilly ! Animation team good only one critisism, itinery wasnt well displayed....didnt know what entertainment was on each evening. Overall though, excellant holiday.

We stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Ibiza as a family, and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is family-friendly, with activities and pools for children, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. That being said, there are a few areas that could be improved. On the website, it states that the hotel provides a pool towel service, but in reality each guest is only given one towel for the entire stay, and towel exchanges are charged at €2 per towel. Regarding the buffet, breakfast was great with plenty of options, but lunch and dinner lacked variety, especially in terms of protein choices. Another point worth noting is that not all rooms and apartments are located in the same building. The hotel doesn’t provide a porter service to help with luggage, which made it a bit challenging for us to carry suitcases, a stroller, and kids to our apartment located in a separate building. They did provide a trolley (similar to those at airports), which was helpful. The hotel also has a private beach, but it’s in an area with many seaweeds, which isn’t ideal for children. However, if you walk a little further along, you can find spots with clearer water. Given that the hotel is away from the busier party areas, I also think it would be nice if they offered more evening entertainment for guests. One of the biggest downsides for us was the parking situation. The parking lot is not at the hotel itself but a few minutes away, completely uncovered, and located in an open field. Charging €15 per night under these conditions felt unreasonable. If the parking had been on-site, closed, and with proper security, the price would have made more sense. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and with a few adjustments this hotel could easily be excellent.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred on the evening of [date]. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 pm for our dinner, only to be informed that it had already closed, despite the fact that dinner is included in the package we have paid for. We fully acknowledged that we were late and explained that we understood it was our mistake. However, we politely asked if it would be possible to receive something from the cold buffet, especially for our children. Our request was initially refused without any willingness to assist. After a lot of effort, a manager named Carlos eventually provided us with only two cold plates for the children, clearly stating that we would receive nothing for ourselves. To make matters worse, an employee named Adrian stood over us and monitored the situation to ensure that we only took food for the children. He was watching us the entire time, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable, unwelcome, and treated with suspicion — as if we might attempt to take something we were not allowed. This behaviour was humiliating and completely unacceptable for a hospitality environment. The overall attitude and approach were deeply disappointing, and we genuinely felt offended by the way we were treated. We even offered to pay extra in order to have something to eat, yet we were told that we should simply look for a restaurant outside the hotel. This suggestion, at nearly 10:00 pm — and considering that we had already paid for our dinner — was unprofessional and entirely inappropriate. We sincerely hope that you will review this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other guests experience such treatment in the future. A more understanding, flexible, and courteous approach from your staff would have resolved this situation easily and respectfully.

This was our second stay, the first being in 2023. We enjoyed our stay and love the location. The view from our room was amazing, we did pay for a sea view but it was partial. The food was good but I agree with another comment stating more protein is required, I love fish and was absolutely loved the choice but my husband don't and was struggling with the choice. The snack shack is fantastic.The down side for me is the brewing facilities in the room are never replaced throughout your stay and this includes clean cups and glasses. You state you provide toiletries but infact it's liquid soap/shower gel, I had to go out and buy toiletries. negatives, the level of the music round the pool from 10:30am ... there is no chilling when that starts it's very loud and lastly the quality of the drinks for AI has significantly reduced, coffee in a plastic glass, which is harsh, and the alcohol and soft drinks for AI guests are not quality at all.

The hotel was nice, and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even made a lovely surprise for my family by upgrading us to all-inclusive. The food was tasty, though I would have appreciated a bit more variety and newer tableware. Our room was cleaned every day, which was great. However, the rooms could use some renovation. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and care!
