We had the absolutely best time ever. Our deluxe pool villa was beautiful. We ate every restaurant , drank at every bar and also attended a theme night and all were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was next level. The location and views are awesome. If it was possible for 10 stars, then that Is what I would have given service. The staff were amazing, every single one of them. Everybody greeted us so beautifully, they are so gracious and accommodating. We will definitely come back here when we come to Bali again.

We have had an amazing and perfect stay at the Legian Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service and welcoming staff. The hotel's design and rooms and gardens are absolutely amazing and beautiful, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. Every meal from breakfast to lunch and finally to dinner, was a delightful experience with an incredible variety of delicious options!!! The pricing was also brilliant, and it offered great value for such a high-quality experience! Great pools too as there’s a family one and an adult only one. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to return again!!!

Would definitely stay here again! Staff were great and location is perfect. The breakfast buffet was top notch, I'd stay here again just for that. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I was very happy with my stay here and would highly recommend this resort to others.

We just returned from 4 nights at this hotel, and we won't be going back. Was woken up on the first morning by house keeping wanting to clean our room at 7.30am. We did not have the service sign out. Got settled back in then someone else came in wanting to check the mini bar. I had pre arranged an in room birthday surprise for my husband at a cost of $80AUD. I had arranged for it to be done between 10am and 12pm where I knew we would be out of the room which they said was no problem. I quickly ducked back to the room at 11.55am to check it was done and there was no one insight. I called reception and no one knew what was going on. I then emailed asking what was going on and if it couldn't be don't by 1pm not to worry about it. The office manger emailed back and assured it would be done. We went out for lunch and arrived back at the room at 2.05pm. I let my husband go in first to get the "surprise " and the staff were in there setting it up. Was sent away and told to come back. We then stood out in the rain waiting. Surprise was totally ruined. I emailed the office manager and no response what so ever.

What a wonderful stay. Their slogan of a home away from home is spot on. The staff namely Dayu, Indra, Oman and Salsa have been absolutely awesome. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to travel to Kuta. The resort itself is close to everything you could ever want and if you are traveling with children this is Definitely where you want to be. There are daily activities for the children as well as two wonderful pools that both have detached mini shallow pools. Thank you to all the staff at the resort for making out stay a tryly memorable one
