I was worried about cleanliness more than anything and I needn't have worried. Big spacious and very clean room. Great outside areas, very tropical, with 3 pools, good food (only niggles was food was lacking flavour & variety, not very hot, we did have upset tummy for few days?) I have food intolerances which Food/beverage manager Ritish did his very best to accommodate, but we did have to eat out on a few occasions to change things up and satify my pasta craving. Great service, friendly staff and good location.

I haven't had a chance to stay in Le Palmiste as a guest, but had a wonderful experience anyway! I was walking through Trou aux Biches area with an intention to rent a car and accidentally found rental here. Everything went so smoothly, rented the car from the reception for 2 days and I really enjoyed it! Then when I went to return the car I was so lucky to met the manager Ajay, who with his incredible hospitality skills made my holiday with my parents in Trou aux Biches truly memorable! Big thank you for that beautiful experience and it will be my pleasure to visit you in the future as a hotel guest!

We have been very impressed by the welcoming staff, the service provided + entertainment. I would highly recommend the spa & the Lady who has miraculously released my back pain. My husband, son, girlfriend & I have spent a memorable time on the is beautiful island. Mauritius will always be in my heart. It is not adieu but rather a come back 🩵

Very nice small family hotel. Nice pools, and you can tell put in so much love and effort to make sure you have a great time. Very clean and really nice staff. 3 min walk to the beach. So nice!!

From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The food was very good and offered a nice variety, but what truly makes this place special is the way they treat their guests. The hospitality exceeded all expectations — every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. A special mention goes to Ritish, whose kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism really stood out. Along with the rest of the team, he made our stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mauritius — the service alone makes it worth every moment.
