We are currently staying at this wonderful hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything here truly exceeded our expectations, from the warm welcome at reception to the amazing service throughout our stay. Our daughter absolutely loves it here, she’s having the time of her life, and that already says everything! The atmosphere is so family-friendly, and everyone makes her feel special. She even gets to speak French with many of the bar and pool team members, which she finds wonderful! Happy Italy is without a doubt our favorite restaurant in the hotel. The food is fantastic, and the lamb deserves a special mention, so tender and full of flavor! The service there is equally outstanding. A huge thank-you to Katerina, who we also see every day at the lounge. She is truly amazing, always so sweet, kind, and attentive. When she heard me coughing one day, she even brought me tea without me asking, that level of care is rare and so appreciated. She is always there if you need anything and always with a smile! The bar and pool teams are also exceptional. There are too many names to mention, but every single person deserves a big thank-you. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to help — they make the atmosphere by the pool so pleasant and relaxing. A special thanks as well to Regan at the reception, who welcomed us when we arrived late at night. After a long travel day, his calm and friendly manner made us immediately feel at home. He is always so polite and kind, with such a calming influence — my husband could spend hours just conversing with him. And finally, a heartfelt thank-you to Galina, the sweetest housekeeping lady we have ever met. Always cheerful, always making sure our room is spotless, and always with a smile — she’s a real gem! Everything here — the food, the staff, the service, the atmosphere — is just perfect. We are truly grateful for such a beautiful holiday experience. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We already booked for next year! This will be our yearly family trip from now on :-)

First the good. The room was okay - think Travelodge and as a place to sleep rather than anything executive and you'll be fine. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Food at the buffet was actually fairly reasonable and an alright although limited selection. The pizza during the afternoon at the Italian were much appreciated and of good quality - actually better than the ones in the main buffet and always available. The burger place was okay. Nice to have waiter service for a change. Bar service usually quick although most tasted of little bar the mixer. The water park and swimming pools were enjoyable for the kids and the beach just along from the hotel was nice. Now the poorer bits. Entertainment was rubbish. Really rubbish. The main dude in charge of it loves his own voice and played totally inappropriate songs early afternoon. Then spoiled any attempts by other staff to sing by taking over. Also he was Shouting inappropriate comments at people and thinks he is funny - basically a bully with a microphone. There were a number of red headed kids in the place and he played some really dodgy song about redheads/gingers involving sexual lyrics which my 11yo daughter picked up on and got really upset at. The guy's a knob. The quiz night was a photocopy of a few photos and that's it - we created a better quiz using Gemini in 3 seconds than what was provided. The so called 5 speciality restaurants aren't there. I know it's off season but be honest and let people know that they're shut. The TUI rep didn't know much about the area - told everyone to stand outside and get 610 bus when that didn't come close to hotel. The beach bar was closed and the name of the rocks is accurate as it's not a beach that it's on - actually dangerous to get in sea at that point. Walk 5 or 10 minutes either direction for safer beach access.

We are staying here for 5 days. Hotel was full so we couldn’t get sea view room, we didn’t like our first inland family room was too small but guest relation staff helped us and change our room next morning. Except that everything here is fantastic. Great food and lot of food everywhere , great activities for kids, very friendly stuff. So maybe this is little bit older hotel but they will take your heart because they will give their best so you have wonderful memories and holidays. We love it! ❤️ P.S. I forgot to write about kiria Tekla, she is host at restaurant and she is amazing, always smiling always ready to help. Also girls at front desk are so nice and polite they know to work with highly demanding people, thanks again for changing our room 🤗

Absolutely lovely hotel staff are super friendly, especially Katerina in the restaurants and James and Natalia On the evening entertainment . As a family, we have had a great week away And would definitely Return. We stayed in the Swim up room which was amazing, very spacious so didn’t keep getting under each other’s feet.

When i stayed at this hotel. what suprised me the most was. There are hundreds of people staying and people coming and going all the time. With no sign or antibacterial gel. I asked at the time about it and no one cared. I spent pretty much most the holiday with a bad belly. Aswell as my partner. The drinks are shocking. All taste the same. With a lot of the stuff not being on the all inclusive package. Like milk shake a bottle of water. Or the better quality drinks. They class this place as a beach resort. Its rocks that lead into the sea. With great big metal spikes. Which are old reinforcement bars hanging up. Very dangerous. The hotel is miles away from paphos. But does have a good bus service to get you there. Needs to improve on hygiene as kids are running around touching all the food and putting it back for other people to eat.
