This was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in – the service was absolutely outstanding! Every single staff member was kind, caring, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. We have never experienced such incredible hospitality anywhere else! A huge thank you to the amazing team – Bank, Aek, Ad, San, No Noe, Foam, Lin, Mikey, and Ando – for making our stay unforgettable. The rooms were fantastic, the food was excellent, and everything in the hotel was designed and managed to the highest standard. They truly thought of every detail. Highly recommended – we can’t wait to come back! 🌟

Wow, you had an amazing time on the sunset side of the island! The beach in front is super sandy and perfect for a refreshing dip. The beachfront rooms have such a stunning view—they’re quite spacious and even have their own private pool! The restaurant has a fantastic selection of food and drinks for both breakfast and dinner. Plus, the weather is just lovely and romantic.

Our experience at the hotel’s restaurant was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what truly made the visit exceptional was the outstanding service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help — all with genuine warmth and a smile. We felt truly cared for, and every detail was handled with thoughtfulness. This is definitely a place we’d love to come back to — not only for the excellent food but also for the amazing people who make you feel right at home.

We booked a surprise night at Kupu Kupu Phangan for my parents to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday – and it was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond: they decorated the room with balloons, brought a birthday cake and a fruit platter, and even came to sing Happy Birthday to him. 🎂🎈 Communication through WhatsApp was excellent, every request I had (and there were quite a few!) was handled quickly and with a smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend this hotel – we will definitely be back! ❤️

We had an absolutely perfect experience! From the very beginning, we were welcomed with a warm smile and the atmosphere was so pleasant. The dinner was excellent, and the whole evening felt truly special. I especially appreciated the kindness – when I wasn’t feeling well, Pla and Ad Min made sure I was taken care of, and the manager thoughtfully brought me a fresh ginger extract without me even asking. That small gesture really touched me. San, Bank, and Lin were also incredibly attentive throughout the evening, always checking in and making us feel at home. On top of that, the massage was fantastic and the cocktails were top-notch. Truly an outstanding experience – highly recommended!
