Wow. This has to be one of the best 4* hotels, I've ever stayed in! The service was always on point from all staff members. The rooms were a good size and although it has 1 restaurant, there was a different cuisine every night which was very tasty. The location is perfect as well with so many eateries and bars within stones throw and the beach is literally across the hotel! Highly recommend this hotel.

Check in: (F) if you have a car you’re in trouble. You can’t drive up to the hotel entrance. You have to find street parking (which is extremely limited by the beach) then go check in first before you will get access to the hotel parking lot. Just ridiculous. Room: (C+) superior double, partial sea view. Pretty basic room but with a large balcony and decent view of the water. Washroom was also pretty basic. Comfort: (F) paper thin slippers which ripped almost immediately but worst of all, a combination shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser in the shower. I’ve never seen this in any hotel ever. Location: (A) super close to the beach which was great. Amenities: did not try. Verdict: there is no actual way this hotel qualifies as 4 stars. Your avg Marriott courtyard is better. Would not recommend nor return.

Nice clean hotel . Good facilities. Great food selection for breakfast. I stayed hear with my wife for our wedding night. We was pleasantly surprised to find our bed was decorated with petals and free chocolate covered strawberry's and champagne 🍾. Sea view rooms and swimming pool . Highly recommended. Reasonably priced . Thanks Jupiter ☺️

The staff are nice and room is a good size. Shame about spa, we were harassed by a member who said we didn’t shower (which we did) and then when sat in the sauna he opened the door to profusely tell us off for wearing our flip flops which are mandatory to wear in the sauna. Then later a different guy came in to take pictures. I told management the situation and complained that I did not feel safe and was offered to stay longer (however I was hoping for a refund as good will instead) but I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I used less time than what I paid for and had a horrible experience. Will not go back.

Such a lovely hotel. Brilliant safe location beside the beach and on the main strip of Praia de Rocha. Great pool, it was never over crowded and there were always beds available. Breakfast was great with everything you could think of, loved the fresh orange and freshly baked bread rolls. Really safe, family friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. I will be back.
