We spent a fantastic 10 days at this stunning hotel in October. Check in : was smooth and quick, and although we arrived at 10 am and we're unable to get our room till 3 pm, they had facilities on hand to get changed and enjoy all their amenities. They even got us into our rooms at 1.30 pm. Rooms : luxurious and spacious with a large balcony and plenty of storage space. Cleaned meticulously every day and the attentive staff even fold and hang your clothes up. Pool area's: spotlessly clean, as is all the grounds in this complex, and with life guard's in constant attendance, which would be reassuring if travelling with young children. Beach : the hotel has its own personal beach, which is spotless and well maintained. The beach is approximately 20 metres from the anchor bar and pool, so you have the best of both world's. The sunset's are amazing. Golf course : a tough 9 hole course with plenty of water and beautifully maintained greens and fairways. As a guest, your able to hire club's, buggy hire and 9 or 18 holes for approx £70. ( 9 holes was enough in the heat) Great value and well worth a try, and so easy to book through the friendly staff at the sports bar. Buffet restaurant :the food here was exceptional, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Breakfast was really good, with a great choice of hot and cold item's, that cater for everyone's taste with live cooking stations. Lunch and dinner were the same, with a great variety of very tasty options. Speciality restaurants : there other restaurants that you can use while staying here, and we tried a few of them and weren't disappointed. Sette : an Italian restaurant situated in the beach hotel, which was excellent. We got served by Sahjed, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and talked us through the menu which was appreciated.. Smoking Gun : which is situated off the complex, but there is a shuttle bus to it. An American themed restaurant with burgers, ribs. Very enjoyable with excellent staff. Republik : really enjoyable with an extensive menu in a very relaxed atmosphere. ( Try the Wagu steak ) And finally, the Sports bar : perfect for lunch and watching a full array of sports. Friendly staff and excellent food, though can get busy at the weekend with golfers. Staff : all the staff we encountered in this fantastic complex were exceptional and the friendliest you could meet. A special mention has to go to Dillip in the sports bar and Michael in the anchor bar, who went out there way to accommodate us at every opportunity and made our holiday more enjoyable. Overall, this was our first time experiencing Dubai, and this hotel was a perfect destination to do this.

Thank you JA Lake View Hotel for another wonderful experience! From the time we arrived until we left, we always felt special and taken care of. I remembered Mr. Karim’s exemplary kindness, he’s always smiling, good person to talk with and very welcoming. I should say that the staff of JA Lake view are well trained and that reflects in their service. I forgot their names but from the valet to housekeeping - service are amazing! Kudos to Nikita & Sunny of Republik restaurant, thank you for being accommodating to us. Likewise, to Menchie, Nihal & Thini - for making sure that everything is okay with our stay😊This is our fifth visit to this establishment and they never fail to amazed us - thus, I call it our 2nd home in UAE 🇦🇪

We had a wonderful stay at JA Lake View Hotel. The property is very well maintained and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, with no delays. The hotel offers a variety of activities, we especially enjoyed the splash park and mini zoo located at the JA Beach Hotel, which we could easily reach using the club car service. These activities added a lot of value to our stay and kept the kids entertained. Breakfast was excellent – plenty of choices and well-organized. Even though the hotel seemed fully booked, the staff managed the crowd very efficiently, and we never felt it was overcrowded. Overall, we highly recommend JA Lake View Hotel for families looking to relax and enjoy a resort-style experience with great service and amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Right from the start, the receptionist Sam was extremely polite and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The property itself is luxurious and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere that feels like a perfect escape from busy city life. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff’s attention to detail with my dietary preference. I had specifically requested Jain food, and Aakash from the staff went out of his way to assist me. The chef also prepared special Jain dishes for breakfast, which was truly thoughtful and made me feel well taken care of. The room service was excellent, and a special mention to Faisal, who was very prompt and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, my experience was very, very good, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a long vacation. Although the location is a bit far from the city, that’s exactly what makes it a perfect getaway for peace and relaxation.

We stayed here as a family, booking multiple rooms to relax and spend time together. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience. Even though we arrived late, our rooms still weren’t ready — we waited an hour. Thankfully, Menchie at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade us. There are a lot of activities, but most of them come with extra charges. The kids' pool is right next to the golf area, which felt unsafe with the risk of stray balls. Pool use was also time-limited, and staff started packing up loungers before our time was even over, making us feel like we had to leave. No outside food or delivery is allowed, and with the hotel food being very expensive, we had no choice but to buy from them. Breakfast was chaotic. The receptionist was rude and wouldn’t let our family sit together, saying they were expecting a large crowd. Worse, a guest fell and was badly injured — there was blood on the floor and even on nearby tables. Medical help took a long time to respond and they treated the guest right there in front of everyone. Guests near the scene weren’t moved, and when someone asked, they were refused. One family even left without finishing their food. The hotel looks nice, but the service was disappointing, restrictive, and far from a five-star standard. Definitely not the relaxing experience we hoped for.
