A Perfect Paradise – Unforgettable Stay at Hyatt Zilara Dominican Republic! From the moment we arrived, our experience at Hyatt Zilara Dominican Republic was nothing short of spectacular! Jesus welcomed us warmly at check-in, setting the tone for an unforgettable vacation. Our butlers, Junior and Lois, went above and beyond every single day—whether it was reserving the perfect poolside spot or anticipating our every need with a genuine smile. At the pool, the energy was incredible thanks to the amazing bartenders—Alfoncina, Maria, and Jose—who kept the drinks flowing and the good vibes alive. Ignacio, the talented mixologist, crafted the most creative and delicious cocktails we’ve ever had, while Georges at the bar always made us feel like old friends. Carlos, the barista expert, started our mornings right with his perfect cappuccinos and warm personality. Our room was always spotless thanks to Magalis, our wonderful housekeeper, who added thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. At the restaurants, Yamilett, the hostess manager, ensured we always had the best tables and service. Edgar Garza was ever-present, checking in to make sure everything about our stay exceeded expectations. A special shoutout to Crystal and Catherine, the incredible masseuses at the spa—their massages were pure bliss and left us feeling completely renewed. I have so much to say! What a great experience here. I am a returning customer and based on my first visit I decided the Hyatt. Zilara is where I wanted to have my elopement. It was a small event, just me and my now husband, but our wedding coordinator, Martha made us feel like we were as just as important as a party of a 100. No detail was missed. I felt as special as any bride should feel! Our butler, Andreas had special treats sent to our room and a beautiful Bouquet of flowers sent on our special day. Even our waiter, Santo made us feel special. We literally had zero stress from the day we arrived to our check out. Our photographer, Ryan was amazing in seeing my vision and was allowing me to add my spin on shots. I can go on and on about this place, but don’t waste any more time and just book the trip! If you’re looking for a safe place to relax, eat great food, have great drinks, receive great service JUST BOOK IT! You will not regret it! Beach is beautiful and pool is great never over crowded always a plus for me! Book your next stay here and they will handle the rest. Enjoy!

This place is absolutely incredible. The level of service and variety of food is outstanding. Every employee that passes near, you will instantly stop smile and say hello. You have an incredibly wide variety of food to choose from. It’s a foodies dream come true. The beach and the pools are as if they were right out of a postcard. I highly recommend this resort.

Honestly, I think its over rated and expensive for the quality provided. They charged 1000 plus USD per night per person and in buffet you had to wait that someone attends you to serve even cheese or bread . In other hotels you can serve yourselves and under 500 usd can get a very nice 5 star resort. In the washroom the shampoo smells like severage water and really stinks bad. I am not sure all the rooms have the same shampoo or just mine one was like this. Over all customer service is good and food is ok .Ziva quality is better than Zilara including food.
