Nearby souks and a metro station add convenience. Pricing - Rates range from $120-$200/night, reasonable for a 5-star hotel. Regency Club access enhances value with complimentary snacks and drinks. Pro tip: Prices tend to vary but you may get a great last minute deal when booking closer to your dates for like $100/INR9K but obviously last minute also carry a risk of missing it. Comfort of Stay - Spacious, modern rooms with plush bedding and creek views ensure a relaxing stay. The pool, spa, and 34th-floor club are highlights, though minor traffic noise may occur. Food and Staff - The breakfast spread at Al Dawaar is fantastic, with diverse options from Middle Eastern to international dishes. Staff are warm, attentive, and make every interaction seamless. Overall, a luxurious stay with great food and views, ideal for those okay with a slightly removed location.

I was very disappointed with my most recent stay at this hotel. I have been a loyal guest for several years and have always enjoyed my experiences in the past. Unfortunately, this visit has completely changed my perception of the property. From the moment I checked in, the level of service was noticeably below the standards expected of a five-star hotel. The front desk staff appeared disengaged, gathered in conversation, and one was visibly using her phone during check-in. To make matters worse, I was initially assigned the wrong room and had to move. When I arrived at the new room, it was not fully prepared for new guests, and I had to wait while staff made adjustments. In previous stays, the concierge and bell team were always attentive and eager to assist. However, on this occasion, when I requested help arranging a taxi, the bellmen continued chatting amongst themselves. I eventually had to walk outside in the Dubai heat to flag one down on my own. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Some of my personal items were mistakenly removed, and when I requested replacements, I was told they could not be provided. Only after considerable back-and-forth did the staff finally agree to replace them. Overall, the level of unprofessionalism and lack of service on this visit were deeply concerning. It is difficult to believe that this property continues to hold a five-star rating given the experience I encountered. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to restore the high standards that once made this hotel a pleasure to stay at.

We would like to thank the entire staff for making our holiday an unforgettable experience. The service was perfect, and the way you adapted to our needs (sometimes almost like reading our minds 😄) was truly impressive. A special thanks goes to the restaurant team, dinners were always excellent, with amazing service and a wonderfully friendly atmosphere at every step. We would also like to thank the housekeeping staff, every time we came back from breakfast, our room was beautifully cleaned, everything neatly arranged, and the bathroom shining. Thank you!
