It’s shocking how this is a 4 star hotel. It doesn’t have the standards for 2 stars even. I checked in at 10 pm only to find the toilet still has feces from the previous guest, I informed the reception who basically said yeah nothing I can do… The bed is not comfortable, the pillow is horrible. the walls are paper thin, there is no kettle or tea in the rooms or any toiletries in the toilet.. The air conditioning is very bad and doesn’t work as it should, it’s either too cold or nothing, if you need an iron you have to leave 10 euros and you give it back in an hour, the iron is burned and in a bad condition as well Breakfast is below quality as well, did not enjoy having this every morning, giving the price, go somewhere decent and enjoy a more comfortable stay!!

The biggest problem of this hotel is the management and the hotel chain. It’s supposed to be all-inclusive, but if you want a simple bottle of water you have to pay extra – what a joke for a so-called 4-star hotel. There is no minibar, no room service menu, and no ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign for the door. Every morning at 9:30 the cleaning lady knocks, which is really annoying, especially in Magaluf. The drinks are a disaster. The free cocktails are machine-made, with alcohol so weak it only gives you a headache, and if you want anything decent you need to pay again. The ‘all-inclusive’ here feels like a scam. Hygiene is acceptable, nothing special. The only truly positive thing is the staff, who are kind and professional, but unfortunately they can’t make up for the poor management. Many congratulations to the pool bar staff, especially Raquel and Ray. Overall, this hotel seems more suitable for seniors or families. For young people looking for a proper Magaluf experience, it’s definitely not the right choice.

The staff are faultless. Kind and helpful. Rooms and hotel is clean. But the food!! It’s so bland and tasteless. And lack of choice. We have not eaten there and we are all inclusive. This hotel is not for a fussy eater or someone looking for English dishes or anything along them lines. All the meats are in silly sauces ect…..

We stayed in the HSM Atlantic Park for one week in September. Heres a Pro/Con list: Pro: - Really close to the Magaluf Strip - Good-ish amounz of choices from Drinks/ (prices are high if you are not all inclusive) - The Paella was good - Nice pool Cons: - Staff is sometimes bit weird… Cleaning Staff knocks at 9:00 with „OLA BUENOS DIAS“ and wakes you up. Plumbers just open the door and fix somethin (when you‘re inside the room) - Food isnt that great - Pool closes at 19:00

We stayed here with half board. The food was decent and the rooms were cleaned daily, but what truly makes this hotel stand out is the amazing staff. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Xisco from reception - he is such a wonderful and friendly person. He helped us with several things and always greeted us with a smile. Also, thank you to Silvia, who was equally kind and professional. We definitely recommend this hotel.
